They forgot my fries. they said they would replace them next time. I go to get the missing fries and Order 2 ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches and 2 sour cream and chive baked potatoes. While I'm waiting on my order at the pickup window I noticed 3 separate employees looking through the 2 bags that are my order. I'm wondering, what's going on? Finally, after they have rifled through both bags a couple of times, they hand them out to me. Of course I'm going to make sure everything is in the bag. I see 2 sandwiches, and fries, and the 2 potatoes, so I start to pull off, and the guy at the window says, wait. Then another girl comes up and says they gave me a cheeseburger and a fish sandwich. She says they can't take it back, so I can throw it away or do whatever I want with it. She said they would give me 50% off a future order for the trouble. Then they park me and bring the chicken sandwiches to me. Then she asks me to give back the other sandwiches. I told her my fries were in the bag on top, and half of them were at the bottom. She still stood there and waited while I fished my fries out of the bottom of the bag so she could have the sandwiches that she told me she wasn't allowed to take back. They probably gave them to the Next customer. Then to top it off, when I got home, they didn't give me sour cream for my baked potatoes, when I clearly ordered sour cream and chive. Sadly, I will probably be back, because I have a picky teenager that loves the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches. So, I will order for her, but I will sit there at the pickup window and go through every item to make sure it's there before...
   Read moreWe decided to try the new Wendyâs for dinner via our kids request⊠we knew it would be busy so we ordered online for carry out. They were extremely busy given it was 6pm. I didnât wait as long as I anticipated to get our food. Unfortunately, I realized at home 2 of the burgers we ordered were incorrect. I ran back up to see if they could fix them. I was appalled by the customer in front of me (who likely got my premium burgers instead of standard cheeseburgers) who was making a scene and threw a burger at an employee! I felt terrible asking them to correct my order. They are new in town, new to this business and completely swamped! However, not just one but 4 of the 6 employees I saw working made it a point to apologize as they very quickly corrected my order. Nobody working looked stressed or annoyed and clearly they were working as a team. They replaced all 4 of our fries fresh too - which was above and beyond. They thanked me for my patience and kindness! They thanked me?! How nice to actually see all of these things! Especially after such a rude and disrespectful customer they had just encountered. Seems like a wonderful group of women working - you do not see that much anymore at all!...

I placed a mobile order for a potato and when I got to the window they said nothing to me about them being out/done with potatoâs. When my order was brought to me the manager(?) offered a replacement or said I could come back and use her name and get a free potato as an apology for the inconvenience. I went back 2 days later, when I had time, and attempted to use the name she gave me and was told that ânobody by that name works here, can I get anything else for you?â I wasnât asked to show a receipt, describe the person, or anything.
