Arby's — Restaurant in Loganville

I came thru the drive thru last night at 11:25pm. Matthew was the one running the drive thru and he was extremely rude for no reason. I think he was angry I ordered the tailgate meal bc it would have to be prepared. I pull up to the window he said not one word and snatched my card out of my hand. He gave me my food and I said thank you and once again not one word. I work in the restaurant industry and I would never treat a guest like this. I did nothing wrong but come in an hour before they closed and ordered something that had to be made to order. That experience makes me not want to come back. I live 5 minutes from this location and I am here often. I have never been treated like this by any other employee ever!! I get all the way home and I didnt even get the tailgate burger which is a BBQ bacon burger. I was given a regular cheeseburger. I mean seriously if you hate your job and the guests that come in you should quit your job....

I hope this old lady (56) Has checked the right Arby s ..next to Bank of America bon 78m Folks! The management is amazing! I recently went through the drive on and ordered 2 double beef . I had such a rough day (teacher) and did not really focus well on the order screen as they have always gotten my order right but 1 time on the spring. I called and said my order was wrong when I got home, but GLEN, a wonderful manager was willing to make my order right, when it was really my fault for not checking properly . He was willing to give me what I had intended to order for free! Good professional service. O did not take advantage of the situation because I should have been more aware. This is how customer service is done. Glen, you have my utmost respect and I hope you see this! I am coming back and will be more aware of my words! Being under stress does affect one on too many ways! You were respectful and lovely. Loganville...

Arby's is stupidly expensive for fast food, but it tends to be really good... The service at this location makes this Arby's a waste of your time and money. I've ordered from here three times, and not once was it correct. I'm either missing food, the drinks are completely wrong, or the portions are horribly small... I don't understand what's so hard about this. Everything is already pre-measured and sized for quick and easy order fulfillment. All they have to do is heat it up and put it in a bag. What is so hard about putting fries in the container. Fill it up! Why are all of the containers only filled a third of the way? Do I need all of those fries? No! But did I pay for them? Yes! Did I pay way too much for them? Oh yeah, waaaaay too much!... I hate...
