On a Monday night, we as well as other customers ( 5 tables occupied with 2 already with food when we arrived) waited almost an hour for food. I had to ask waitress was there a problem with staffing, she stated one cook was working due to call in. Ok, that's fine, but let the customer know so we can decide if we want to wait. We had a sweet waitress, so I did not give her a hard time because it wasn't her fault and she was very apologetic. And when food came, it was not hot or even warm, just room temperature. I dealt with that, because at this point, i was tired and ready to leave. Now let's get to why I really got UPSET.....staff begin giving other customers discounts without being asked. I listened and I watched. My family, was the ONLY one not offered a discount. I had to demand one due to knowing at least 3 tables that I saw and heard staff had already voluntarily given them a discount. Read moreMy family &/or I have dined at the Loganville location many times. All visits were pleasant enough, until yesterday morning. My Mom & I had breakfast there & our server, Hasan was every bit of respectful & accommodating. However, I specifically asked that my Mim & I have separate checks as we both Individually have the IHOP rewards app & wanted to earn our ‘Pan Coins’. We were given one check with no QR code. So I asked that our checks be reissued separately with a displayed QR code. Long story shorter, manager, ALEX, upon request comes over to inform us that they don’t do that because its a one check per table. 🙄 I said, no we specifically asked for separate checks & why. Alex became very combative & rude & mumbled under his breath while walking away to correct the issue & honoring my simple request. Ultimately we got our checks,,with QR codes & our ‘pan couns’. Read moreOne star only for our poor waitress. She did her best. We're the only people in the place (dinner hoir) and took forever to get food. Then we were informed "we only have one hamburger in the store.. One of you will have to order something else." Once you get past the fact that you screwed up the ordering and only have one burger patty, you simply tell the table "we're out... You dont put the customer on the spot of deciding who gets what. Very poor training on customer management. Ordered more fries, took over twenty minutes. The cook was out back smoking or something and the server didn't make sure he knew there was an order. Total cluster f*#%. The problem is... There are problems every time we go to this store. They get the order wrong, they are out of stuff, it takes forever, pick pick one.
