I went to this location today (1:30 - 2pm) and the lady working the counter was impatient and rude. I asked for a vanilla cone and she was halfway through scooping it out only to stop and tell me she couldnāt give it to me because it was too hard. Heh? If itās in the display, should it not be ready to sell to customers? I also saw a large container that I thought was full of vanilla so I asked her why she didnāt just take it out of that. It turns out that container was actually empty and what I mistook as the ice cream was the white bottom of the container. Of all the flavors they say they sell, there were maybe five that you actually could purchase. š¤¦š½āāļø
I had my daughter with me and I was trying to negotiate with her about other flavors she could try instead. I asked the worker a couple of times about the flavors they did have and to my surprise and bewilderment the worker was giving me an attitude for asking her what flavors were left. WTH??? Iām not trying to get the lady fired but maybe you could just put her in the stockroom or somethingā¦? Keep her away from customers. She should not be interfacing with them at all. She doesnāt have the right temperament or patience for it.
Itās bad enough this locationās inventory is abysmal but to hire rude staff...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey seem to be out of things a lot. This has been ongoing for a while. Always out of several donuts as well as staple ice cream flavors (chocolate/vanilla/mint chocolate chip).
If you visit in the last hour of the day and ask for a milkshake, they will tell you that the mixer isn't working (basically that they don't want to make shakes and/or have to clean the machine again). If you ask for donuts, they're out of everything. There have been several times that the door is locked with an hour+ left before closing. You then have to go through the drive-thru which is slow. You can ask them why the door is locked and they will tell you that there isn't enough staff (yet you can see 3 or 4 workers inside).
I have been there and have seen management disciplining workers in front of customers. During busy times you think management would help out with the customer flow, they rarely do. They'd rather bark orders from the back. As far as product inventory...c'mon. I can see being out of something here and there but not consistently each time we visit. Get it together.
If you're going to be open until a specific time, provide the items/services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was looking forward to Baskin Robbins Sundae today. My son and I have tried this location before and they were VERY slow. So today we gave it a shot again. OMG we will never go back there. There was a mom and daughter ahead of us that just ordered a shake. The guy behind the counter acted like he was having a hard time making it. So I told my son we would keep it simple with a sundae and a 2 scoop cup. Well he didnt even acknowledge we were standing there when he went to ring up previous mentioned customer. When he came back he still didnt speak, like he was mute. He looked at me a split second and I guess cuz I didnt start speaking to him (which I was still waiting on a greeting at this point) he moved right to the next people in line. Luckily that lady was nice enough to say we were next. I was so frustrated I got my son's 2 scoop cup and left. I enjoyed swirl world on the way home. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach these young people basic customer service. Just a quick acknowledgment would work just fine. A smile wouldn't hurt but we dont want to put too much on them in one day. It is FREE to show kindness and it doesnt take long to learn...
