There are many restaurants in Loganville to choose from. Many are good, and others are not as much. I recommend the Chili’s Bar and Grill because it is a great, but not perfect, restaurant. This restaurant serves a variety of famous Southwestern American food items such as Chips with Salsa, Tacos, Fajitas, and more. Along with the menu, Chili’s has excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and amazing quality. The combination of these qualities help makes Chili’s one of the best restaurants to eat at in Loganville.
Customer service is, without a doubt, one of Chili’s greatest attributes. Most staff members are compassionate, caring, and are always willing to assist with any problems you may have. You can tell that they want to be there, and they try to bond with you. Regardless of age, gender, and social status, customers are always treated with respect and courtesy. This outstanding customer service makes it easy for new-comers, that want to try something different, to feel comfortable. My only issue with the service is consistency. Most of the times I go there, the service is amazing. However, there have been occasions where the service was not up to par. On those occasions, staff members were either rude or apathetic towards me. In general, the service at Chili’s is great and is to be admired.
Accompanying the awesome service is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Chili’s provides. The music and interior design make an authentic experience that feels like you are in Texas. Everything also feels very laid-back. There are big comfy booths for you to sit in, and tablets, puzzles, and games for kids to play with. This makes it easy for you to distract your kids or younger siblings, so you can relax. Most of the staff members are the kindest and friendliest workers you can meet. Just one step into the restaurant and you are treated like family. This makes it a great place to bring family and guests for all occasions. Large television screens plaster the bar with a variety of sports channels, making it a great place to visit with friends to have a drink and watch the game.
Chili’s has not only great customer service and atmosphere, but it also has good quality. Food, most of the times, tastes fresh and authentic. Their mouthwatering food is set at an affordable and reasonable price. The menu offers a variety of foods that will satisfy anyone, ranging from soups and salads to burgers and tacos. They also have a selection of desserts for your sweet tooth. Another plus is that Chili’s offers a free dessert if you mention it is your birthday, so that should be taken advantage of. However, like the customer service, consistency seems to be an issue. Sometimes the food will taste old or overcooked, and other times it will take what seems like an eternity for the food to be served. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.
Chili’s one of the better options to go to in Loganville. For the most part, the customer service, atmosphere, and quality are top-notch. Friendly staff members will treat you with respect and serve you with smiles on their faces. The intoxicating atmosphere will pull you in and make you feel like you're at home. Here you can enjoy fresh, tasty, and authentic Southwestern cuisine at an affordable price. Aside from inconsistency, Chili’s is a wonderful place to eat at. Whether you want to relax and drink a beer with friends, or spend some quality time with the family, Chili’s Bar and Grill is always a...
Read moreOn the night of July 31, 2019 a few of my friends and I decided to go out to eat for dinner. There was quite a debate on where we should eat. We eventually decided on Chili’s Bar and Grill in Loganville. This was our decision because the Chili’s menu has a variety of foods to choose from making it the perfect spot for a dinner with friends. Chili’s Bar and Grill in Loganville is a great place to eat because it has something for everyone. My initial impression of the restaurant was that from the outside it looked like a decent establishment. We were greeted at the door by a hostess who said, “Hi, Welcome to Chili’s!” The hostess did not ask the question of, “How many?” as most hostesses do. She simply counted the number of people and promptly escorted us to a table. As we walked through the restaurant to our table, I could see that there were few dirty tables. The restaurant was seemingly dead so there was no excuse to have multiple dirty tables. Almost a minute after we were seated our server promptly greeted the table with silverware and got our drink order. As she dropped off our drinks she politely asked if we needed more time to look over the menu to which we responded yes. Our server seemed to be very polite and well put together. She returned to our table a few minutes later and we then placed our order. Next, after the waitress put our order in, she quickly returned with some refills and our appetizers. As we were sitting there eating our food, we could tell the restaurant was starting to fill up. But even though the restaurant was filling up, our waitress remained very polite and continued to check on us every time she walked past our table. We received our food in a timely manner and on the outside the food looked good. Then I cut into the steak. I had ordered a steak (medium-well), steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes. My steak was not medium well, it looked like it was very well done. Also, the broccoli was nearly raw. The only thing that I had ordered that looked right was the mashed potatoes. I quickly flagged down my server to bring to her attention the issues to which she apologized and said they would quickly remake it. Once they had remade my order, my server did not bring it to my table, a manager brought out my order. The manager apologized for the food that came out first. He told me that this new plate should be better than the previous plate. And indeed, it was. The new steak was perfectly cooked, there was a side of freshly steamed broccoli (still steaming), and a fresh side of mashed potatoes. After the manager and the server fixed the order, the food was delicious. In conclusion, my overall impression of the restaurant remained the same. The restaurant remained clean the entire time we were there. Once the tables around us started to leave, the servers quickly cleaned them up so that more people could be seated. The service was great, and we did not feel neglected by the server, which is how we normally feel at restaurants. From the moment we walked in the door we could tell that this dining experience would be like no other. I cannot think of any other restaurants that would have greeted you at the door as well as be very polite despite the mistakes with my order. I would highly recommend Chili’s Bar and Grill in Loganville to anyone in or around the...
Read moreI haven't been to Chili's in well over a year, but I felt to treat myself with the triple appetizer. I used to get it when I ate in the restaurant, and I've been going to this particular restaurant for over a decade. Chili's is probably my favorite restaurant ever, but I'm very disappointed in the food I got tonight. I thought to order a burger but instead chose the appetizer. Once again, they did not cut the egg rolls in half like they do when they serve it to you in the restaurant, may I ask why? If I'm paying the same amount of money, and they ask for a tip just to walk 10 ft out the door to your car, then why don't I deserve my egg rolls to be cut in half?
Also, there was no meat in the egg roll, I swear on my life. If there was, it was so small that I couldn't taste it or see it, but there was plenty of spinach, black beans, and corn. It seems as if they have skimped on the meat, but the price is higher than it used to be, instead of lower, but the quality isn't as good. I got the big mouth burgers, two of them, and they were so salty, they were almost inedible. It tastes like they literally put salt on the actual beef. I hate onions but found them on the burger, and I didn't complain, I just took them off, but the salted burger was too salty.
Fortunately, the Chipotle barbecue boneless wings were fantastic. They used to be so sweet, they were inedible. They made some kind of change because they were my favorite thing in the meal when it's normally the Southwestern egg rolls. I won't be eating here again for a long time, especially since it cost me almost $16 for the three appetizers, but it didn't come out the same as if I was to go eat in the restaurant.
I'm disappointed but still gave the restaurant four stars. They need to treat people getting their food delivered the same as they treat those in the restaurant. By the way, my ranch was so watery that it was falling out of the dipping cup when I moved it, so what's up with that? Never seen ranch so soupy like...
