Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Loganville

Absolutely horrible experience, I don’t leave reviews but for this I have to. Everything was terrible from the customer service to the inedible food. We were charged for ranch when it clearly stated on the sign that celery came with ranch for one of our orders, when we brought this up she said no it doesn’t even though it’s plainly written. You would think $12 for JUST a Philly you could get a complimentary sauce like any other restaurant would give you. When I got my Philly there were no mushrooms, I took it back and she told me I didn’t ask for them but then she went to the back and when she came back she told me the chef said there was mushrooms in it (there very clearly was not) but if I didn’t ask for them why would they be in there…… finally she said they would remake it and when I got it back there were exactly 2 mushrooms on it. The meat was dry and chewy and tasted awful. I’m not sure if the woman was high that was taking our order or what but it definitely seemed like it. This was my first experience at your establishment. All the way around was excellent. Customer service went above and beyond! Nooor is AMAZING & FANTABULOUS. When I came in the greeting was spot on. Cleanliness 15pts I would imagine the kitchen & all CCP were in spec. I did meet the staff, Bee, Noors sister & the quiet cook who was most observant and listening and clean. That says a whole lot for 2:30 3:00 in the afternoon in any restaurant. I know because I was a general manager and open new stores for an international brand which was IHOP for almost 20 years. So it just comes naturally to me to observe and see where I'm going I will definitely be back and I will tell my friends which I normally don't. I had an amazing experience at Charley’s Philly Cheesesteaks! Amy provided outstanding service—she made sure my order was perfect, applied my coupon without hesitation, and truly went above and beyond to take care of me. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable.

Even though this location is attached to a Walmart, it has its own welcoming atmosphere that makes you forget where you are. I would have loved to dine in and enjoy the food fresh, but I had just bought perishables and had to take it to go. That said, my cheesesteak was still hot, delicious, and packed with flavor when I got home!
