Well, dear readers, I have uncovered another local hidden gem. 💎

As an avid tea/ coffee enthusiast, I consider myself to be a tough critic when cafés are called into question. For this reason, I only review those which truly surpass the mark in a comprehensive sense. The 5 predominant facets I employ in determining this are as follows:

1. quality of all items ordered (not just beverage)
2. atmosphere/ aesthetic appeal
3. mindful considerations (kid/ family-friendliness, optimization of space, etc.)
4. professionalism/service
5. price

Teatime Anytime is by far the most reasonably priced, mindfully-inclined, service-oriented café of quality I have encountered during my stay in the suburbs.

The first point I must (emphatically) mention; all side treats were presented in such a lovely way, well- proportioned for tea/ coffee accompaniment, and incredibly tantalizing upon sight.

As this time, I chose a more savory option, next time I will have to forfeit my dietary regard and opt for the tiramisu-inspired sweet treat. I am certain it will be as delicious as it appeared; if not moreso, considering the impressive flavor and satisfying taste of everything ordered on behalf of my dear grandmother and I. I am truly looking forward to a sweet treat from this lovely café upon my next visit.

While there are a seemingly infinite number of positive things I can elaborate upon in regards to Teatime Anytime, I will once again attempt to maintain a concerted review.

For my final point of emphasis, I will elaborate upon a factor of extreme importance; price point.

In terms of fiscal preparation prior to trying out a new café, I have found it is wise to budget $20-$30/ person ahead of time; (depending on the size of the party, quality of ingredients, obscurity of teas available, etc. price per person oftentimes falls into this range, or slightly exceeds it).

I am of the mind that cafés of quality have every right to charge as they see fit, as price point oftentimes aligns with quality of experience in this regard, generally categorized according to the aforementioned facets.

Teatime Anytime, not only was it a true pleasure to indulge in exquisite tea alongside such decadent treats; but the "icing on the cake" so to speak for both my grandmother and I had to have been affordability. We had anticipated spending upwards of $35-$40 for our order (2* tasty treats, 2* excellent beverages, one of which was both a café custom and iced).

We spent just under $20 altogether, including tip (too modest in my opinion; unfortunately, this excursion was not my treat...I plan on rectifying this misstep upon next visit).

Teatime Anytime; even if you raise prices, change location, downsize and cut hours, you're not getting rid of this new loyal customer.

I look forward to future afternoons in this cozy gem 💎 of a café; mindful readers, I sincerely implore you to experience the warmth of this charming spot for yourself.

My only regret is the lack of media accompaniment in this post; unfortunately, Gma and I were in a bit of a time-constraint.

TeaTime AnyTime in Lombard is an absolute gem! My family and I recently visited, and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly set the tone for our visit.

Next, we indulged in the Taro boba, which was a refreshing and creamy delight. The balance of the sweet taro flavor and the chewy boba pearls was spot on, making it a favorite among our group. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to try something unique and satisfying.

The Chicken 65 Puff was another highlight of our visit. The puff pastry was perfectly flaky, and the Chicken 65 filling was bursting with flavor. The spices were expertly balanced, creating a savory snack that we couldn't get enough of. It was the perfect accompaniment to our drinks.

One of the standout features of TeaTime AnyTime is their extensive selection of sweets and chai from all over the world. Whether you're in the mood for something traditional or looking to explore new flavors, they have something for everyone. And for those who prefer coffee, they offer a variety of options that are sure to please any coffee enthusiast.

They also have cute outdoor seating, which is perfect when the weather permits. Enjoying their delicious offerings while basking in the pleasant weather adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience.

A special mention goes to Kai, who made our experience even more memorable. Kai's amazing personality and knowledge of the menu were invaluable in guiding us on what to try for our first visit. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our visit.

Overall, TeaTime AnyTime exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality of the food and drinks, the cozy ambiance, and the exceptional service from Kai and the rest of the staff made it a visit to remember. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delightful tea and snack...

So this is a relatively new place. I have been passing by it with "coming soon"/"opening soon" signs a few times, so when we found out it was open and we have decided to swing by there and check it out.

I have ordered Moroccan Tea, my partner ordered Adeni Chai and we ordered a piece of Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cake to split.

It took a hot minute for our order to come out, I wish they would have brought it out as the prices come out instead of waiting for the whole order, but that's just my preference. My partner really enjoyed her tea and I was this pleasantly surprised as to how good the Moroccan Tea was, it had a nice minty taste to it, not too overwhelming, just perfect! The only thing I would do differently next time is I would ask for no sugar. The Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cake was pretty delicious, all the layers played well with each other!
