Our recent visits to this place was a major disappointment and, frankly, a waste of money. After seeing so much hype online, my group and I decided to give it a shot—what a mistake. The food is outrageously overpriced for what they deliver, and the experience was nothing short of underwhelming. The kitchen staff couldn’t even get basic orders right, leaving us frustrated and unsatisfied.
We ordered a couple of Juicy Lucy burgers, chicken burgers, and a veggie burger, and the total came to nearly $100—an absolute rip-off for what we got. After waiting a ridiculous 30 minutes, we were served small, mediocre burgers. The buns were stale, and one of the Nashville burgers came with nothing but sauce and a piece of chicken—no lettuce, no veggies, nothing! To top it off, the so-called "veggie burger" was made with an impossible patty instead of an actual veggie patty. If I wanted processed meat substitutes, I could have stayed home.
The fries? Pathetic. They were drenched in salt, oil, tasteless, and served in a shockingly small portion considering the price. When we voiced our concerns, the staff seemed annoyed and dismissive, as if customer feedback wasn’t important to them at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was just the icing on the already stale cake.
Let’s be honest. This place is all hype and no substance. Their social marketing is the only thing carrying them because the food and service are definitely not. There’s nothing remote gourmet about this place, and it certainly isn’t worth the money. You could make something much better at home for a fraction of the price.
I hope they take a long, hard look at the feedback they’re receiving because, based on this visit, they’re losing customers fast. Until they improve drastically, I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to save their money and avoid...

Read moreThe reviews here seem like they are intentionally overrated . Overall, over priced , over-hyped. The people in the kitchen easily mess up your order . We ordered 2 juicy lucy , 2 chicken and one veggie. Walked out at close to a$ 100 bill. After 30 mins Burgers taste normal and nothing wow. The size is like sliders . If the people have really eaten a real juicy lucy for 14 bucks they would know how it should be . The buns were dry and the Nashville burger came without any lettuce or veggies in it. The fries were super oily and one fist worth of quantity. When we asked the guy what everything in it means for a Nashville burger we paid for he was also confused on why he gave us a burger with nothing in it except sauce and chicken . The veggie burger is a impossible burger and not an actual veggie patty. They gave a bad stare and started taking about us in the kitchen. Its neither Gourmet nor smash, its a regular burger that you can make at home .Then what is it ? I won't recommend spending $100 on regular burgers and french fries . You can definitely get a lot more for that. The numerous positive reviews here means a lot on how the restaurant is trying to create a good digital image , but it should instead come from the taste and quality of service . I don't want to bring down a good new local business for the owners who are working really hard, Instead I want them to please take out the positives from my feedback and improve please. You will keep losing customers if you dont react ! Sorry about this. Trying to reply with a justification like the other comments wont change what we experienced . We are not going to revisit! Wishing you the best...
