I recently had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store. I needed to ship an extremely important item using their Next Day Air Early service, guaranteeing delivery by 8:00 AM CT on Monday. I arrived at the store before 2:00 PM on Saturday, as instructed by staff to ensure Monday delivery.
However, on Monday morning, the tracking information still showed the package hadn't left the store. Concerned, I returned to the store and encountered staff who displayed minimal concern for my situation. The manager, who I spoke with later, presented with anger and unprofessionalism.
Despite the package evidently being at the store, I was denied the option to retrieve it and find an alternative delivery solution. Their refusal to acknowledge the mistake or offer any assistance was incredibly frustrating.
Later, I discovered the package wasn't even in the store, raising further concerns about misinformation and a lack of transparency. The customer service line offered no meaningful solutions or apologies, and didn't seem interested in addressing the situation.
Given the numerous online reviews reflecting similar experiences, it appears this isn't an isolated incident. This raises serious questions about UPS's ability to deliver on its promises and provide proper customer service.

The older gentlemen in the background was listening and came up to assist the new young kid. I said just charge me for next day air. They went out of the way to say, this is a major ground route and we can say with near 99% positivity it will make it there next day which would save you a lot. After a few minutes on the computer they cam back and said sorry, if it must be there tomorrow, we need to do next day air. Trying hard to save me money (their profit) and give great service was impressive to me. They were professional (even the kid) and spent a lot of time which could have turned out to be a $7 delivery. I have a feeling some of these reviews are competitor's or something. Or maybe i went on a good day, not sure. I was impressed and the doc's showed up before noon the next day as they told me they would do. I came in the store at 3:45 to ship a package and the workers obviously were not supposed to be closing the store down because they questioned me on why I did not have a label for my wrangler return. I read my receipt again as I did the night before and informed them wrangler leaves return shipping to the responsibility of the customer. I couldn't figure out why they were acting so strange vs allowing me to purchase a label and come to find out they had already closed the store down even though they are not supposed to close until 4pm. 2 other customers came in at the same time with the same issue. They were hoping I had a label so that they would not be exposed for having had closed the store prior to the end of the store work day. When I asked for their management information Dominick made a comment about being able to refuse service to who ever they chose. There was also a worker named Kosta there but appeared not to want to make eye contact. This was obviously a time they were hoping to not get any more customers.
