Went in to do a simple drop off of equipment. There were 3 employers working 2 with customers(one male one female) and the third employee a heavier set younger girl with dark hair did not acknowledge me in any fashion until about five minutes into my visit. She told me to wait after I told her I just need to drop off my equipment its already been deacticed on my account so I waited. Another couple walks saying they need to switch over and get new phones she gladly assisted them. I waited for the young man to finish with his customers and was there about 15 minutes thus far. I thought he was finishing up but he spent another 15 minutes flirting with them and I even overhead him telling on of the patrons to come back when his manager isn't working and he'd "hook them up". After waiting a half hour more guests comes in and he goes right over to them telling them just a moment. He got done with the girls he was helping and skipped right over me as the new guest coming in were also looking for new phones. I felt I was ignored because of unprofessionalism and simply because I was not going to be a customer who they got commission on. Do better, hire professionals who want to better your business not these young punks looking to get commission only or in the other case, get laid by giving away deals when managers aren't present. She asked another staff member if they âaccept our idâ after giving a look of disgust to our Matricula ID and then proceeding to ask for Social Security. We told her we had JUST bought two new phones using that ID and that it has never been rejected. She asked another employee who said yes of course we accept that ID. Then, she REFUSED to give our ID back and snatched her hand away when we tried to grab it. We yelled at her to give it back shocked at her behavior. Her only response is well we changed our policy. We called corporate and they said itâs ridiculous because they havenât changed policy or anything for our id. Been going here for years and havenât been treated like this till her. You hire a Mexican employee for diversity but donât make sure that they arenât ridiculous racists. She yells at us back as weâre leaving âWell I canât be racist if I am Mexican.â Yeah ok. I told them that I had the screen protectors with me because I know they're never available and the T-Mobile stores. She said sure come in. I came in and had to wait in line for an hour. I said I spoke to you on the phone about installing the screen protector for my Samsung Z Fold 5 and she said okay. I don't know what her name was, but she was the only female working in the store for the hour that I was there. She said the inside screen was large and more difficult to do but you would do her best. I said fine. Then about 10 seconds later she said she couldn't do the inside one. She basically just decided she didn't feel like doing it at the last minute. It was sheer laziness. I'm on my way overseas in the morning and I needed this protector on because I'm turning this phone over to somebody else wgen I arrive. Now I have no way to get it done because she wasted the last hour that all the stores were open, making me wait there for nothing.
