I gave a 3 because the waitor saved my experience, but not enough to overlook how I felt during my last visit. My husband and 2 kids love this location, but the manager on duty this day was beyond. When I walked in for an early dinner with my family I was greeted by Danielle. I asked for a booth and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes, I noticed there where multiples tables and booths available, so I went up to the front desk to see how much longer. Danielle wasn't there, but a lady, who I assumed was the manager because of her uniform, asked me how she could help. I told her how long I was waiting and wanted to know how much longer. She said 10 to 15 minutes. I told her I was told 5 minutes and now it would be almost 30 if I waited the additional 10to15 min. She clicked her touchscreen and walked away. Looking very frustrated! Her name was Sonia and she was gone for 5 minutes. I feel so bad because I didn't get the young ladies name, but a young girl, also at the front desk, apologized to me about the situation. When the manager returned so did Danielle. The manager scolded her in front of staff and customers. Saying, "we can't do 22 anymore, go ahead and seat them." Danielle apologized to me and sat us. Before sitting I asked Sonia who she was and asked for her name. It's beyond me that Sonia did not acknowledge my concern from the beginning or even apologize. Then had the audacity to scold a team member in front of her peers and other customers. Our waitor Nicole (nick) was amazing. Very attentative and apologetic. I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich and it was dry. I asked for extra sauce and what was brought to my table was disgusting. Pure burnt oil! The meal was comped even when I specified I wanted to pay for it. My daughters meal came with 7 french fries. (A fresh batch was made for her) Sometimes a customer just wants an apology and not always looking for a meal to be comped. I appreciate the staffs efforts in making our experience right. So confusing as to why the manager was so dismissive and rough on her team, but her team was amazing. Makes you rethink the saying "Behind every great team is a great leader." It only takes one bad egg to...
Read moreOn this night we dined at the Yard House in Lombard, Il. While we have visited Yard House while in Vegas… well, what happens in Vegas… But here we are, on a Glorious Halloween weekend, and this place did not disappoint! As soon as we walked in we felt a joyous and happy vibe. Service was quick and attentive, friendly and funny and we felt appreciated from the second we walked in. For appetizers we ordered a Margarita pizza, fresh and soft yet crunchy crust. and fried calamari perfectly crispy. For entrees we ordered the Whiskey Glazed Salmon and it was fantastic! That glaze worked so well, it gave the salmon a delicious complexity. Also ordered a Whiskey and White Cheddar burger and IT to die for. Medium rare, expertly cooked and topped with loads of melted cheese with that silky sauce that took that patty to the next level. Then there were Vampire tacos, served on crispy cheese crusted shells and paired with sour cream and fresh guacamole. The carnitas and bacon were very well seasoned and the crunchy shells were a good combo, I just wished there was a spicy salsa served with them, that although mentioned on the menu was MIA on the plate. Oh. I almost forgot. We also ordered the Parmesan Truffle fries. I am not a fan, but the rest of the table loved them. Of course we washed these down with a couple or yards of their house IPA and seasonal Punkin ale, a whiskey sour and a ‘perfect Bombay Gin and Tonic’. But this roulette of deliciousness would not be complete without a table full of desserts. Now… hear me on this… they were Chefs Kiss! Chocolate Lava Cake was literally overflowing its ganache filling, butting up to vanilla ice cream was perfect! The Oreo Brookie was very impressive in complexity and silky creamy essence. But… The Cheesecake Brûlée was RIDICULOUS! Out of this world. Definitely a fave. All in all, definitely a...

This location has a large parking lot. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I saw on their website they also do curb-side! This is a great place to hangout with friends, watch a game, have a date night, have a family dinner, or even have an event at! Each time I have been here, the service has always been great. Everyone is very kind and always offers good recommendations! The prices are fair, however, I recommend to check out their happy hour! Even after COVID, they're "limited" menu has so many options to choose from! On the regular menu, they have the calories next to each dish which I appreciate!
This last visit, my friend and I tried: Cheese curds 4/5 - they are good, but, I recommend to order them cooked a little longer. The ones we had were not fried long enough and really greasy. The honey hot sauce and horseradish aioli is amazing! I would even dip my wings, pizza and fries in this! I would even recommend ordering this on a side for any dish!
Chicken Nachos 5/5 - this is a LARGE portion. Definitely 3-4 people can share this. It has beans, cheese, some type of red & green sauce, tomato, cilantro, onions, crushed avocado, sour cream.
Boneless Wings 5/5 with ancho bbq sauce - delicious!
Mini Cheesecake Brûlée 2/5 - for the price, it is not bad, but I think you can pass on this dessert and try a different one! It was very bland and the texture was not firm. It tasted...
