Poke as good as Hawaii paired with Kalbi that is out of this world! This place is a MUST-TRY!

I had a Poke craving and stumbled across this spot on Google - WOW what a find!

First, the food.

POKE: The poke is fresh, tender, and perfectly marinated. The very kind lady at the front let me sample so many different flavors - when I told her I love poke she insisted I try almost every one. She is so proud of her poke as all the marinades are made in-house and you can taste that passion and love in the food. The tuna and salmon are flavorful and fresh by themselves, with a delicious chew and perfect texture. But each marinade adds an extra excellent flavor and levels up the fresh fish - from the delicious, sweet and savory mango salmon to the spicy mayo tuna (which I ended up getting) - the hardest choice of the night was which poke to get with my combo plate. I'll certainly be back for a poke combo plate soon so I can load up on more poke!

KALBI: I cleaned off every last piece of meat from the bone. This might be some of the best Kalbi I've had. The marinade is a perfectly balanced mix of sweet, salty, and savory with no flavor being overpowering. The beef was grilled to an excellent char on the outside, tender on the inside cook. The saddest moment of my night was when I finished my last rib and was left wanting more.

Second, the service.

I cannot say enough kind words about the lady who runs the front. As I mentioned, she has so much pride in her food and her poke. She offered to give me samples as soon as I walked in and when she saw how much I enjoyed the poke she kept offering me one after another. She is so generous and was so kind, it was like eating at a family member's house.
