This place is lame, the employees are rude and the prices are high. They are the most expensive Korean BBQ I have ever been to and I have been to several. 9 pieces of chicken is $17.95, 18 pieces $29.95 and you can only get that in one flavor. They have a deal for 18 pieces of chicken with two flavors for $29.95, but they only allow you to pick from 3 flavors, even though they have at least 10 flavors.
This means that if you want two flavors and you don't want to have to only be able to choose from 3 flavors then you are going to have to spend $5.95 more just to be able to pick another sauce that they simply shake your chicken in. Business like this need to remember the golden rule, the customer is always right. I politely asked if we could pick one different flavor than they had in the $29.95 deal and they said they were not allowed to do that. This is just ridiculous and inappropriate. They only had two other families dining there at noon on a Sunday and due to them turning me down, we decided to got to another Korean BBQ that gives you 12 pieces of chicken for $12.95.
Unfortunately I can't speak to the quality of their food as that was going to be our first time to try the restaurant. In the future, I will not do business with this restaurant if they are going to be that inflexible and try to upcharge you to pick another sauce. At that price you are going to spend at least $25 per person with drinks and sides.
This restaurant will quickly go out of business, just like the three other restaurants that were located in that...
Read moreIf you're a fan of Korean fried chicken and chicken wings, look no further! This place is a hidden gem that delivers an unforgettable culinary experience. The moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for what's to come.
The original fried chicken is simply out of this world. Each piece is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a variety of sauces that cater to every taste—whether you prefer spicy, sweet, or tangy.
And then there is The garlic honey which is a must-try!!
The chicken wings are equally impressive, boasting an irresistible crunch and bold flavors. I tried the spicy secret wings, and they were a game-changer! The heat is just right, and the seasoning is rich without overwhelming the palate.
The service is top-notch as well; the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. Plus, the portions are generous, making it perfect for sharing or indulging solo.
The robot is weird and trippy. We had a good 15 minutes conversation with it - only to find out it doesnt speak back.
Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Korean fried chicken and wings. It's a five-star experience that will leave you dreaming of your next visit! Highly...
Read moreMy mom and I decided to try this place. The young man that greeted us at the door was was very friendly and polite, even dressed in a chicken outfit. One of the first things we noticed upon entering was the robot server. That was a first for us but not necessarily an unpleasant experience. Looking at the menu it showed that this place offers whole chicken, bone-in chicken wings and boneless chicken wings, so there's an option for most everyone. There was a good variety of sauces to choose from and they weren't necessarily the normal ones associated with wings. My mom got the honey garlic and I got a spicy Korean sauce. Both were delicious. Both varieties were done in such a way that the sauce was lightly caramelized, giving the wings a light crunch. The young lady that took our money was also very friendly and polite. When we showed up we were about the only ones there and had our choice of tables. A few more people showed up later but the place still wasn't busy, which is a shame because they have great food. If you're interested in watching sports while eating this would also be a good option for you since they had several TVs, all tuned to different sports. This was a great place to eat and we...
