Do not believe any of the good reviews you read of this place. I lived here for 4 months because of specific circumstances. It's very cheap and affordable. I never complain on line as its just a waste of my energy, but in this case I'm making an exception because of what is happening. The room I lived in was dirty when I moved in. The carpet was stained and had two blotch like marks on it in front of the bed. No utensils in the room. You have to go to the front desk, wait for someone to show up, and ask for a spoon or a fork. No kettle or cup for coffee or anything. The bath drain, plug and taps are filthy with limescale. Scent of smoke in a non smoking room often whiffing in the air. Some kind of foul odor whenever you're near the fridge. Air conditioner filter cover keeps falling out. It is generally what you should expect for a $60 a night discounted room. So I don't complain. Except when I needed clean bedsheets since they never change it, EVER, unless you ask. And if you're lucky they will change it or they just give you clean sheets at reception. No vacuuming the carpets. No mopping the floor. Hey, if they had a vacuum cleaner in there and a mop I would do it myself. But I had to tell myself this is only temporary, its not the Ritz, just tolerate it. Extended stay was long forgotten until I got a letter in the mail from their attorney's, making some claim about an unspecified incident on the day I checked out, DEMANDING $2500 OR ELSE there will be COURT Action. Carl Warren Attorney's. Go Look them up and see what kind of firm this is. Not surprised what clientele they have. After enquiring about the unspecified damages, the attorney's said that the claim is for burning the carpet. Burning. In a hotel room. A non-smoking room. With no cooking utensils. With someone who doesn't smoke, at all. Not cigarettes, Vape or Weed. How the devil could I have been able to burn the carpet. Wouldn't there have been smoke for the smoke detectors? And upon enquiry, the lawyers say they are waiting for their client, Extended Stay, this one in Park Meadows, to provide them with the pictures and supporting documents. So this legal firm threatened with court action before they even received any information regarding the so-called damage. This is a blatantly false and malicious claim and this "hotel" and it's scumbag attorney's are trying to extort innocent people for money for the maintenance and repairs they themselves are responsible for. THere are tons of reviews here of in what bad condition some rooms are and the reprehensible behavior of management. The smell of marijuana all over, barking dogs, noisy neighbours... My upstairs neighbour would stomp all over the floor every night into the early morning hours. Bang bang bang, all night long. I don't complain, I'm just glad I have a bed and a roof over my head while my life gets sorted out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL There is one close to this one, I think at the DTC, rather go there maybe. I stayed there for a while once too. If you DO happen to find yourself in the unfortunate position to have to stay in this hotel, treat it like a rental car. DO NOT check in without a member of management present at your room. Take pictures of EVERY LITTLE deficiency, mark, stain, scratch, I read reviews about blood, bed stains (my sheets had stains too even the new clean ones). Expedia refused to let me post my review, so they are supporting these kind of practices by the hotels they feature and hide the problems that guests will experience when visiting these horrendous hotels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

I wish I would have seen THESE reviews and not the ones on priceline. This experience would rival the one hotel I stayed in that had bedbugs. The bed was broken in the first room we got...sink clogged whenever water was ran and the smell was questionable upon coming in. Offered a second room and this is where ALL THE MAGIC HAPPENED. Upon entering a very dirty room ( that the front desk assured me she had walked through herself and cleaned ...which she did not) we experienced pet fur, dirt filled floors and coffee stains all over the room. Like an INSANE amount...enough that it began to cover our shoes and clothes and this caused a panic because I am highly allergic to cats and was mortified because it's also a trigger to my asthma. Ran down to the front desk and I was told the housekeeper would have to notify her of a clean room and then we could move but that's ALL she could do. I finally haggled her into giving my lysol wipes and I managed to swipe the ONE vacuum the housekeepers had...and I cleaned the room myself ( free of charge...). After using half a pack of lysol wipes and running the sweeper a couple times it was determined that this place is filthy and the don't stand behind their clean statements posted all up and through the hotel. This place should be shut down ESPECIALLY since she couldn't tell me whether a cat or dog had been in the room previous to my stay... thats the bare minimum. There are lots of people with allergies to pets and they care not about those people. If you dont mind a little dirt on the counters, pet fur flying in the air and oh YEA... human hair balled up in between the sheets and leftovers from the previous guest...do book here...but KNOW unlike it's advertised on priceline... there is no pool or gym. Will NEVER STAY HERE OR AT ANY OTHER EXTENDED STAY. Oh and we had a little black visitor on our last night that had to be killed.

I was early to the hotel and I wanted to just leave my bags or check in,but the energy drainer who was there said they have to charge me an extra day. Don’t know why I came back. As soon as I entered it smelled like smoke and while I confirmed non smoking and I accepted the old trucker woman proceeded to say I can’t control what people do in there rooms. You have to ask for all pots pans utensils and their bfast bar is just packaged muffins and coffee so good thing there is a Panera nearby which is why I gave better stars for the location. I got an infection the first night I got there, but what broke my camel was the cops knocking on a door 11 pm. You call the main number you cannot understand the person. I did end up paying to get out of my stay which I prepaid. Worth losing the money. I have photos of the holes in the curtains so light came thru.. laundry is $3 per loads. Staybridge suites is free! Turned on the bathroom light vent comes with smoke smell.I went next door to Tru to feel safe and they have a relationship with the Westin. When I checked out the trucker woman asked me what to do better. You would have already known.

No vacuuming the carpets. No mopping the floor. Hey, if they had a vacuum cleaner in there and a mop I would do it myself. I want to start by saying this has been one of the best experiences I have had at a Extended Stay Suites ,when I arrived I was under a lot of anxiety an stress from that days unexpected turn of events, all I knew was I had a reservation at this "Extended Stay in Lone tree ,Colorado" Was met by Jude at the just thought of him as a regular guest service with vast knowledge of the job and property, came to find he was a Supervisor which was refreshing to see a boss out side taking pride in his property by sweeping picking up trash an checking me out to make sure I wasn't security risk or someone causing trouble, which is good to know he takes guest safety serious an wasn't desk supervisor not afraid to get his hands dirty an push a broom BAD ASS😄. I got checked quicker most places I've stayed in the past l.They were just as welcoming to my best friend my service dog "Buddy R. LUV". Later that night that night I met overnight front desk person "Lorenzo" his knowledge an guest service not only help paint a map of the points of interests of the property where to find the laundry room ,sodas, dog walking areas those things he humor me with laughter to my dumb jokes...trust they stunk as bad my dogs poop bags to me another little touch that adds up to great experience allowing me to enjoy my stay apposed to stressing on life events I had to attend to. then I met Jane who did the daily room check an was greeted by Buddy took to her right away which is huge cause normally not that welcoming with people another little thing, had issues with the fridge making they were quick to send Phill to look at it an explained it within reason in a way that was acceptable. my puppy made another friend ,now my stay is still on going with more great customer service with the great well trained management an staff, I am glad I choose this place above all others an will go out of my way to stay again in needed an you...
