Arrive 8 minutes before closing two days before Christmas. Was immediately greeted with a frown from the female worker. She asked what we need help with, I said just browsing, my friend said we know you are closing shortly we won’t be long, she said yes shortly. We just needed a couple of tshirts. She said she was confused by us being there. I said if it’s better we can come back tomorrow she said, it’s up to you but just so you know we close at 5. I said you know we will just go and go to the Aurora store. It’s Christmas how difficult would it be to be greeted without a frown and a look of what the hell are you doing here. I don’t know if the man managed the place back in the day is still there or the gentlemen who had the knee replacement but those guys were tremendous and had incredible customer service. I have a lot of big and or tall or both ppl in my life. One of them has a bit dressier work trip in a few weeks and needed some threads to impress.

We decided to take a little and wound up here to have a look around. The awesome thing is in less than an hour we were able to find a sport jacket, pants, a few shirts in a jiffy.

The young lady who assisted us was friendly and very knowledgeable on size and style which was a big help to my friend.

Lots of things on sale, always check the back racks, but be ware..the clearance stickers aren't always up to date so something that was the color of 30%off only rang up at 20 and could not be "fixed" to match. We still took the item but be ware.

The store manager was great! She was very professional and courteous. ! It was a great shopping experience. I called ahead to reserve a sport coat, but when I got there, the size wasn’t the same as other manufacturers of the same size, but luckily they had the next size up and it fit perfect. I didn’t even need to have the sleeves taken up, they were the correct length of 36”. The store did not have any slim fit dress shirts which was disappointing, a lot of tall men with big necks don’t have as large of stomachs and chests as others and need a slim fit shirt so the shirt body isn’t twice the size of their torso. The store manager recommended another store where they did have slim fit dress shirts in my size, and that worked...
