Very unprofessional! On more than one occasion they would post that they would be in a certain location and not be there! This last most recent time I learned my lesson and decided to confirm what I was reading was in fact true and whoever is handling their social media responded in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of just saying “hey we made it to this location early hope to see you soon before we sell out” they responded in a way i just cant understand or support. Ive never been so disgusted in someones customer service or lack of customer service in my life. They will not get not one more dime from me! Definitely the best grilled cheese sandwiches my husband and I have ever had! This might be exaggerating, but it was honestly a love at first bite kind of feeling. Love the different options they have and the owners were super friendly. They're always open for fun conversation while we're waiting and made sure to check up on us after we got our food as well.
