Starbucks — Restaurant in Long Beach

I give it 2 stars...one for good parking and one just cause I needed coffee. I waited in line for a long time because staff was more concerned about talking about what they were doing after work vs. actually working. There was a homeless man digging threw the indoor trash cans and nobody said anything...just watched. When my single shot of expresso finally came up ten freaking minutes later, I asked for half & half and was directed over to the self help counter where there was...no freaking milk of any sort and it was poorly understocked and unkept. I went back to the counter where I said excuse me 3 times and 2 staff members eyeballed me but looked away and one actually ran to the back so they literally didn't need to help me. Finally after I said excuse me for the 4th time and was ignored my boyfriend yelled HEY HOMMIE WE NEED HELP...and the boy quickly came over realizing he just pissed off a 6'2" 240lb boyfriend whose girlfriend was in desperate need for cream for her oh so cold espresso shot....QUACK! So yeah 2 stars but it definitely was the WORST Starbucks experience I've ever had. Oh...and btw the crowd outside of the establishment are definitely the crazy talk to yourself come up into your space asking for money, cigarettes or bananas type of...

This is the one starbucks that I try to avoid at all cost. The waits are super long even if you do moblie order. I noticed, the couple of times I have gone here the staff just seems to not really care and are just there for a paycheck. In adcition to the lack-luster customer service, my coffee was not made right. I have gotten coffee there twice and each time it seems like they give me coffee TINTED milk. My barista boyfriend , thinks that they either forgot to add the shots (which is not hard to remember, so i am told) or that the espresso machine was pulling water. EITHER WAY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I suggest that you avoid going to this starbucks and just go to the one in the vons...

Quick stop on December 31 , 2022 ,, we had our food and drinks sitting on the counter for 30 min I kept telling the staff barista worker lady are those my drinks she said we’re waiting for the rest of the items ,, ,, So we waited another 15 minutes don’t know the reason why they decided to avoid us they did help other customers quicker ,, mainly white customers, we are Hispanics ,, the cashier didn’t ask for my name , the barista then waited for another worker to show up and told her those items don’t have a name so just yell out the items when she clearly knew it belong to us ?
