Over a month of waiting, 40+ calls to the pharmacy, then to my doctors office, then back to the pharmacy. Never get the same response when I call. 4+ weeks now without my medication, and I cant seem to do anything but call everyday and get the run around.

Update! Today I called in, asked if they could fill my script, they confirmed and told me to drive in, I drive in, give them script, wait, then they say they wont fill it. Apparently the doctors office says I cant get my scipt filled. Back to a million more phone calls.

If you are planning to see a provider anytime soon, you're wasting your time even calling to make an appointment. I have made several appointments to see Dr. Hertel since last year and they always call me saying he won't be able to meet my appointment. Keep in mind you have to wait a month or so to see them and for them to call you and say they cant see you? Its ridiculous. I tried again today to make another appointment with another doctor and they just informed me that the appointment I had scheduled was incorrect and he wont be able to see me until March. They don't take patients seriously or your time. I wish I could give a Zero rating but oh well. So...

Dr. Hertel is the best Doctor I've ever seen. He acted like we knew each other for years when I first met him and is very relatable. He gets things done, is genuinely concerned with your health and follows up with you quickly. My whole family goes to him and my dad is extremely picky about doctors and even he likes Dr. Hertel.
