Terrible customer service at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for delivery and clearly requested no black olives on my pizza. When it arrived, it had black olives all over it.

I called the store to let them know—and instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. I was calm and respectful, and still got treated like I was the problem.also I was a women claiming she was the manager!

I ordrerd my food for a "No Contact Trunk Car Delivery". I sent a message that I was in the lot. I also called inside to request cheese and peppers. After a brief hold, I was told of the price and that my order was ready. I declined the additional fees for condiments and requested to just have my order brought out. I waited an addtonal 10-15 minutes. No one ever brought my food. Tired of waiting I went inside the store to inquire about my food. They stated they were "busy". Someone finally, got my food out of the warmer and gave it to me. Needless to say, now 15 - 20 after my arrival our food was not hot! Warm at best. I had to microwave our dinner...
