Wow, ok. Best chocolate chip cookies in town? We stopped by here on recommendation from a friend and are so happy this spot has opened up. The owner has been selling baked goods through local coffee shops for a while now but this brick and mortar is now their hub. We scored an Ube brownie, churro/snickerdoodle cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. Each one is an absolute banger. The browning is so moist and fresh and the ube flavor is spot on and the cookies are perfectly baked with a slight crisp but soo chewy and gooey where it matters. The best chocolate chip cookie of my LIFE. Every time I have to come to LBC I try to find some excuse to get myself over to Belmont Shore so I can buy these treats. The brownies are SUPER good too. The trays and boxes of them are perfect for parties. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. Worth every penny, every time. And the owner is the sweetest, nicest person. This is a 100% feel-good place to come. And she'll have fun little gift items for sale along one wall too. HIGHLY recommended. The employees there are always so so kind + thoughtful but also always so real and so refreshing to talk to ! They each have such a light and it makes sweet treat o’clock that much better. My favorite thing about foodologie is that their baked goods taste real !!! They don’t taste super artificial and overly processed thought they are quite sweet and indulgent. Last time I went I snagged some matcha brownies (their brownies are literally the best I’ve ever had from a bakery) and some fresh out the oven smores cookies !
