The younger female employees were very nice and concerned about our terrible experience so they get the one star for good customer service- I left the tip for them when usually nobody would tip after our experience. The older women weren't nice or concerned at all and were rude as soon as we mentioned how bad the food tasted after being asked how we liked it- and we said it as nice as possible and didn't make a stink or be rude about it at all. They gave us PLASTIC utensils to eat with and didn't warn us about this before being seated or ordering. The basic spaghetti with meatsauce was decent but I can make better at home. We didn't even order that actually but that's what they gave us. They kept seating people long after they were closed and were slammed with customers already and couldn't keep up with the demand. Some of the servers were literally running through the restaurant. We were sat outside on the back patio with moths flying in our faces and the different lights turning off mysteriously the whole time we were there. They had those outdoor standing heaters on top of the table but when we asked them to turn them on, the server said she didn't know how lol, then didn't bother to find someone who did know how to turn it on, so we were left sitting freezing in the dark out there. This was one of, if not the worst dining experience we've ever had. I hesitated to write this because of these difficult times but jeez, they didn't do anything to make us comfortable and to be rude to US and make us feel even more uncomfortable on top of it...super uncool. If you eat here do NOT let them put you outside after sunset! And avoid ordering anything but the spaghetti and meat sauce to play it safe....better yet...eat at the Depot instead! You will get your money's...
Read moreWent for dinner. Wasn't super busy. We (there were 3 of us) were sat right away. When we were asked for our drink orders, we all decided on water. The other two at the table asked for lemon. All 3 of us ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. The other two at the table wanted an extra piece of garlic bread. The waitress suggested getting an appetizer of garlic bread with marinara. We said, "Sure." Water was brought to the table (no lemon). Eventually the salad arrived and the waitress was asked for lemon. The waitress acted annoyed, but brought the lemon. My salad had a few bad (soggy and slimy) pieces. We waited for quite a while after the salad for the spaghetti. There was barely any meat in the sauce. No offer of parmigian. The waitress never returned to our table. We saw her just standing at the cash register talking to another waitress.. Our waters were filled a couple times before the salad, but no refills after the salad. When we finished, we went to the cash register and waited to pay. Paid the bill that was given. We went out to our vehicle. The waitress came running out saying we hadn't paid. This is the waitress that just took the $. The person who paid the bill was complaining about it being $150. We looked at the receipt that we were given and realized we were given the wrong bill. He went back in and had to wait for it to be fixed. They offered him two of the Tirimisu. He asked how that worked when there were 3 of us. By the end, we ended up paying over $50 for 3 people and were given two Tirimisu. Very...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Galletti's Spaghetti during a spontaneous weekend trip to Long Beach, WA. As we walked back to our hotel with my dog, Rose, we decided to grab a to-go order. The temperature had dropped from nearly 100 degrees when we left Portland, making the cozy warmth of Galletti's even more inviting.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly person in the parking lot who assured us that our first visit would be amazing. He was right. The staff went above and beyond, offering to accommodate the three of us, including Rose, our husky, which we truly appreciated.
We ordered the lasagna and spaghetti to go, and both dishes were simply amaze balls. The flavors were robust and hearty, reminiscent of a true Italian homemade meal. The food was not only delicious but also comforting after a chilly walk back.
The staff, particularly the girls working that night, were super sweet and attentive to all of us, including Rose. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special.
I highly recommend Galletti's Spaghetti to anyone in the Long Beach area looking for delicious Italian cuisine and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning on...
