Excellent paved trail that takes users from the far northern part of Long Beach all the was to Main St. in Ilwaco. There are views throughout, commemorative benches to rest and sculptures along key points. A great way to get in solid mileage while visiting the beach and a useful greenway for safe transportation. Highly recommend riding all the way to North Head lighthouse.

16 mile round trip. Best for biking, the pavement will kill your hips afterwards! I took an extra 4 miles to explore other trails shooting off of Beard's Hollow. Gorgeous and worth it, the woods atleast. The majority of the ocean trail was boring sand dunes and scotch broom.

Nice trail that wanders through the dunes area along the ocean. The southern section wanders through a marsh and thick forest. Trail is mostly paved except for a small section on the south end. There are restrooms along the trail and free parking is available.

If you enjoy the beautiful ocean, sea life, sunsets, rock hounding, or clam digging, then go walk this trail!!! There is something for everyone one on the beach. This trail meanders through the old war relics small towns and over the dunes and through the woods..... not to grandmother's house but to the little shops...
