This Jack in the Box has over the last few years completely gone downhill. The staff Has been rude, and not capable of doing their job. But I don’t really wanna blame them. I’m gonna blame the franchise owner as someone who has worked at a franchised Fast food place before. Not only that, Both my brothers have worked at a corporate Jack-in-the-Box and a franchise Jack-in-the-Box. Guess which one had the stellar reputation for employees? Obviously the corporate one. And the one with the highest turnover and the franchise one because they don’t know how to run a business or manage it.
This has continuously gone downhill. So much so that the last five orders we’ve made with them have been messed up and we called corporate corporate us two coupons for free meals. So because this restaurant itself has messed up our order so many times they gave us two coupons for complementary meals.
I guess what we show up to use them, and guess what the restaurant refuses to take them. They’re the ones who keep messing up our orders and we earned these coupons from their continuous mess ups.
I could talk about the time I ordered a chicken salad and you know what I got? I got a chicken patty and a freaking.
The amount of times I’ve ordered a kids meal and not gotten the chicken portion of the kids meal Is a ridiculous
The amount of times my drink has been forgotten, or things have been left out of our meal is countless at this point because I have live down the street from this place for a decade.
This is the corporate I’m gonna continue to try. This is absolutely ridiculous because this franchise keeps messing up their orders. We were given coupons for complementary meals
So I have a I am absolutely done with this establishments treatment of customers. I can’t even call them because I tried them on the phone to see if I can speak with the franchise owner about this issue and guess what the number is unavailable.

Read moreThis is the worst Jack in the Box. They should close down this store. They are NEVER accurate with their orders. Their corporate office even reached out to me many months ago and told me they would address my concern, but they said there was a huge backlog in addressing such complaints. Months ago, we ordered pancakes, and they forgot the syrup and butter. On another visit, we spent an extra $5.00 to make it a double burger with curly fries, but they gave us a sad single burger that had been sitting under the heat lamp with regular fries. When we asked for curly fries, the manager said, "But we only charged you for regular fries," admitting they got the order wrong, even though we said we wanted curly fries three times at the ordering station. We didn't realize they forgot the $5 extra burger patty until we got home. We are never going back to this Jack in the Box and will drive a few miles in the other direction to find a better one. The worker responsible for taking the drive-thru orders and cashiering was so overwhelmed that the manager had to help out, but then made it seem like all the errors in our order were our fault. She wasn't listening. She put 10 ketchup packets in the bag even though we said we didn’t want ketchup. We had to ask for ranch dressing three times. This Jack in the Box restaurant is pathetic, mismanaged, and should be avoided at all costs. I recommend going to any other Jack in the Box if you can. The next day, we got a response from the owner, asking us to go to the Jack in the Box corporate office survey website to review our experience. Read moreI was there the other day to dine inside. I had ordered a combo with a small drink and everything seem fine. I ate my food, but when I asked for a refill, they denied me because I had supposedly already had one refill, but if you look at Jack-in-the-Box's policy, you are allowed unlimited refills, but even then I was only asking for one more and it was a small drink. I had spoken with the manager named Lupe and even though she pretended to be nice you could tell she was saying and doing things in a certain way to be rude. Besides all that the bathroom was very nasty and dirty, there was homeless everywhere but to put the cherry on top when you try to call the store number to make a complaint it is disconnected and they don't have an active line for the store. All I could say is that the management of that store in particular seems very disorganized and not run correctly. I am trying to make a complaint to corporate, but most Jack-in-the-Box is working in the system where you talk to the manager, but the managers never hold accountable and because of that they are power houses that do what they want all like it's ever say is I would never recommend eating at this Jack-in-the-Box.
