How does one of the biggest fast food chains in the country not have soda?

Pretty egregious fault of management here to have your entire carbonated beverage system go down. They are NOT hard to keep working; I have one in my bedroom…

Edit: gave this location 2 more tries over the course of the past few months. Last last visit they got 3 out of 4 items in my order wrong. My most recent visit, their listed hours were till 3AM and they were completely closed at midnight.

Response to Jack corporate: it’s not that I couldn’t “drink what I wanted”. Your location had NO FOUNTAIN BEVERAGES AT ALL. Stop trying to make your entire drink system being down seem like a small deal.

Lastly, no, I already wasted 3 trips and received subpar service. I’m not going to take more time out of my day to file a report when your management should be simply doing their job keeping their store open, making sure they have drinks, and not messing up 75% of the order...

I got some coupons in the mail, so I went in to try the double jack. Better than expected, actually! It was a larger sized double burger with decent patty thickness. Traditional lettuce, tomato pickle and mayo burger. Blows the big m*c out of the water! The new chicken wraps and the sourdough jack, are also good.

For the most part Jack in the Box has something for everyone regardless of budget. The prices have gone up a little though. What mostly disappoints me with fast food joints, is that they rarely ever offer anything but fries. I never order the combo, because my choices are basically extra corn syrup and extra saturated fat... No thanks! But a for a tasty burger I can make an exception! I would give it 5 stars, but the burger I ordered would have been $7.29 + for just the burger. It was...

This is my favorite fast food burger chain in the area! The combination of being able to order ahead for pickup inside or at the drive thru, great menu selection, deals, and the fast service and helpful staff at this location can’t be beat.

Hands down winner if choosing between Burger King, Carl’s Jr., McDonalds, or Wendy’s. Not every menu item is the best, but I like their burgers better, the curly fries that the others do not have (yeah, McDonald’s has the best regular fries), and the variety of their other selections over those chains.

The regular menu prices are competitive for similar items, but the deals they offer—in app—are better and easier to use than McDonald’s deals. Their rewards program is more straight forward also, and you don’t have to worry about...
