I came in at 2pm Friday March 8th. After not being greeted by employees that walked passed the register as I waited, I placed an order for a 3 piece chicken strip combo with Susanna. I waited patiently as other orders were made, and then as my tenders sat in the bag and Susanna tends to the driveway, she comes back and says' welcome' not knowing I'm still the same customer that has been waiting over 15 mins, patiently. I asked, 'could you please put fries in the bag with my tenders'. I received my order, sat down inside to eat, opened the box to one reg sized tender, one the very exact same size as a chicken fry, and the other small one curled up like a chicken nugget. I politely took it back and asked for regular sized tenders like the one that was in the box alone. I walked away came back with my fries and asked that the whole meal be made over, seeing as how now had to wait longer for my tenders, I wanted ALL FRESH FOOD AT THE SAME TIME, I WAS HUNGRY AND THATS WHAT I PAID FOR. I EXPRESSED THIS TO THE VERY DRY AND INCONSIDERATE SUSANNA WHO IS NOT IN THE POSITION TO RUN A BUSINESS THAT CATERS TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER. SHE REFUSED TO TAKE THE FRIES BACK. Not one word of profanity was expressed or an insult, there was no reason to simply give me what I paid for seeing to how I should have never been given the extremely small chicken strips. I do mean SMALL. Im not even exaggerating, otherwise I would have never felt the need to type this complaint. Susanna needs more training on customers service, she attempted to go back and forth with me... And that's when I knew some type of customer relations skills needed to be reiterated to her. Very...
Read moreThis Jack in the Box is so hit or miss. The reason I am leaving a review after 28 years of going here is the new $20 per hour wage. I expect people who make that much money per hour to show skill in every aspect of what they do. You are making as much as people who have to go to schooling for a specific skill or trade. There is no longer an excuse to get my order incorrect, rush me through the drive through, short me on sauces, etc. Step up to the wage you asked for. I know not everyone in fast food is the same, but I now expect stellar service from all fast food establishments including this Jack in the Box. On my last visit, the employee repeated my times after me but then finalized the order incorrectly. I added one of the two missed items and was immediately asked to pull forward. I was about to ask for more food when she acted like she was helping the next car, but there was no one behind me. I pulled forward and saw only one stressed out employee. I’m guessing there were only 2 employees total because of the new wages. It was 8:30 pm by the way. I decided to not add my item at the window because I saw her already ask the car ahead of me to pull around the front (meaning the are behind, which caused stress and anxiety). So they are lacking the skills to stay focused under pressure. Only 3 cars being serviced when I pulled in. I’ll always come back to this Jack. It is by my home. I just hope that with a skilled wage in Fast Food now, we see skilled employees and...
