Jamba — Restaurant in Long Beach

I remember Jamba Juice having superior smoothies 10 years ago. Always on the more expensive side, but with a quality that justified the cost. I picked up a Large Strawberry Surf Rider and a White Gummy and they were both near tasteless. My strawberry surf rider tasted like water with the essence of strawberry. It was so underwhelming and disappointing. At $10.29 a piece it’s a real slap in the face. Where have your standards for quality gone? I use to come to this Jamba all the time. The vibe was upbeat friendly, good music, the kids behind the counter would greet you with a smile and a “welcome to Jamba Juice!” Not anymore… The last couple times I’ve been back it’s been terrible. I walked in to an older guy who could barely say hi and the two kids behind the counter who could barely smile looking miserable. I have been in-person and have also had smoothies delivered from this store. The smoothies always taste amazing! The deliveries always arrive quickly and the smoothies/food are exactly as ordered. The times I have gone in-person and have spoken to/seen the staff, they have always been extremely friendly and work really hard to keep the store clean, while still maintaining speed and accuracy in getting orders out.
