KFC — Restaurant in Long Beach

The staff trys to shut things down early and are always talking in the back instead of staying ontop of there job. They didnt want to make things and were being flat out lazy. And when you say sonething they get attitudes and then start talking to eachother in spanish. Maybe its just the time of day we have come but 2 hours before closing and they still have customers and they only seem to care about talking to eachother. I tried chalking it up to a one time deal and tried again a few weeks later but same thing happened. Tryed talking to there person they said was a manager and got no where they were dismissive and rude. If I was the owner i would think about retraining my staff or getting new staff who actually care about there jobs. It's been months since i have been there and have no...

Food itself was pretty good, however asked for Macaroni and Cheese to be substituted for the Coleslaw and they said okay even read it back to me, but upon arriving home there was No mac & cheese and the Coleslaw was in the bag🤔; then as I was taking everything out of the bag, my 2 apple pies were NOT in there!! 😠 I called them and they wanted me to drive back & return the coleslaw to prove that's what I received & they'll replace it with Mac & cheese!! SMH I don't think that's an option, then the rest of my food will be cold!! So they took my name & told me next time I come in they'll replace the mac & cheese & 2 apple pies. I sure hope so. I'm hoping someone sues KFC soon for false advertisement. They are advertising breast but they are cutting the two breasts into 3 portions! This is deceptive shrinkflation! In addition the size of their sides has dramatically decreased. The pastic packaging is domed underneath making it appear like more when actually because of the doming of the plastic, is less. More shrinkflation. The only reason I ordered was Uber Eats had a Free 3 Piece Big Box so I went for it.
