Long Beach Marina Motel — Hotel in Long Beach

My favorite so far! Soooooo CUTE too!!!! Very clean. Clean and nice matching curtains, clean and nice carpet. Nice bed with a real pillows and pretty cozy blanket. Very homey. Table and chairs for eating. Big closet. Air conditioning. Nice decor. Adorable bathroom with lovely tub for nice hot baths! Fridge. Quiet. Loved it, loved it, loved it! I Just got a job in Long Beach but still living in (The San Fernando Valley) Tarzana, and I'm looking for a home in Long Beach. I will be looking for clean and safe weekly motels in the meantime. Hopefully they have a low weekly...

Told me I was too fat (6' - 250 lbs) for standard bed - I needed the king size bed. I don't care what type of bed I get, and didn't ask for a specific bed type... Then she would not rent me the room because I had a state issued temporary drivers license, and would not take the other legit forms of ID I had with me. I had no problem using the id to rent a car, take a flight etc. but apparently I am way too sketchy to stay the night at this place. Or maybe she just doesn't like fat people staying there - who knows. 100% nonsense experience that was well...

Perfect. All I wanted was an inexpensive clean, simple, basic room and that's exactly what I got at Long Beach Marina Motel. Super happy with the very pleasant woman who helped me get a room and the room was very clean the water ran very hot. When I got up in the morning to check out the same lady was pruning the flowers on the premises. To make it even better it was walking distance from my appointment....
