Usually there's a young lady who's always working the counter when we come. She never messes up our order and always gives us something for free because we always spend a lot of money here.

Now there's a guy working here and he messed up our order so bad and then had the nerve to have an attitude with us because of his mistakes. He also forgot to give us our 2 Baguettes so we had to ask for it. No apology or anything. I asked him for a copy of our receipt (to make sure he didn't over charge us) and he rolled his eyes.

This is the worst customer service I have ever...
