The lady there is extremely rude! She has zero customer service skills. I have gone there two times this month since it is the closest donut shop when visiting my parents. Both times the lady was in a terrible mood. Yesterday, I went in for one donut and she told me it was $1.15. I gave her the money in coins and she said I owed her fifty cents. I asked if she was sure because I had already given her the proper amount. She proceeded to get agitated and asked for the fifty cents. I asked her to count the money again. She refused and said I still owed fifty cents. I gave the fifty cents to her for the sake of not arguing, but I ended up paying extra for the donut.
