McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Beach

he worst experience I have had in a Mcdonalds, yesterday I placed an order through the app, and when I was waiting for more than 10 minutes, a person came out to tell me that everything I had ordered there was nothing, that the machine of frapes was decomposed and that there was no pie. There were 3 frapes and 4 pie, and there was nothing. But the worst thing was not that, the person that I purposely took off his badge so as not to know her name and told me that her name was susy or something like that. he told me to cancel my order that the MCdonlads app and the Restauran were different companies and that they had nothing to do with the app's. It's McDonald's so automatically you expect to receive your order wrong. I'm not a frequent visitor of McDonald's but every time I'm driving away I tell myself "Open the bag and make sure everything you ordered is there." Lazily I give them the benefit of the doubt and don't find out that I've only received partial of what I ordered after I've gotten home, of course, right as we're about to eat. This visit was no different. Luckily enough we decided to eat our meal in the parking lot instead of driving away stuffing our faces. It was a couple of drinks, apple juices. I jump back in the drive-thru line and ask for the apple juices; without any problems they were provided. The quality of the food is very well when it comes to having the same taste no matter where you go. They're always put together the same way and packaged without a problem. You really don't get more or less of anything like fries. The taste is always the same. I commend McDonald's consistency in their food stuff but they are consistently goofing up the orders. Next time I'll just have to make sure my order is complete without leaving the window with 20...

I pulled up at the drive thru at 10:35pm, the car at the menu board waited 10 minutes to finally place their order. I was 10th in line with 4 cars behind me that left while others pulled in and waited. I placed my order, went home and when I finally got settled and was ready to eat,, EVERYTHING I ordered was the wrong items. This isn't the 1st time nor the 2nd time but the 3rd time that my order hasn't been right. I will be taking everything back tomorrow, requesting to speak with the manager and asking for the order to be made fresh with the correct items . Make sure before you leave that your order is exactly what you ordered!!! Took everything back and asked for my order to be made correctly, still got it ALL wrong. I will NEVER order anything from this McDonald's ever again!!! Seriously, how hard is it to read an order and follow...
