Starbucks — Restaurant in Long Beach

this is my favor local Starbucks since the first date the store open about two years ago, I have been coming almost everyday, very often I order the oatmeal for breakfast and always ordered with 2% milk all the way to the top, at not extra charge, but today, after reviewing my receipt and with out even telling me they charge me 2.75 cents for steamed milk, then I inquire about the extra charge for the steamed milk, and the answer was , that the extra charge was because I want 2% milk and all the way to the top , at the moment I told them to be consistent about the prices, to be refunded the extra charges or cancel my order if the 2.75 cents refund was not possible, At point the employee(possible Assistant manager, she did not wanted to tell me , who she was) Decided to cancel the order and refunded me the total amount, I request to speak to the manager and she said that he/she was there. I normally have an average experience when I go through a drive thru. Normally, the staff seem unhappy or unenthused about their job (which I understand but still). However, today I went to Starbucks and was greeted by Dara and it brightened my day! Dara asked me for my name at the drive thru which caught Me by surprise. I felt Dara’s personality through the microphone. He was funny, engaging, and considerate of my needs by asking if I need any accommodations to my order just in case I forgot. When I got to the window, Dara greeted me by name and was very interactive. I was so impressed by his customer service that I asked for his name just to write this review. This is my 5-6th time coming to this Starbucks and they mess it up almost Everytime. And today was my last straw. I asked for extra cookie crumble and for some reason they didn't understand what cookie crumble was. I've been asking for this drink from other locations SO many times and they've understood what I meant by cookie crumble on top and bottom. BUT FOR SOME REASON this location sat there and told me that they put it in there when it CLEARLY didn't have it in there. And even if they got it mixed up with the crunch part of the drink it didn't even have extra crunch-!?? I was upset but I decided to be nice. Both of the drinks I bought weren't blended well either.
