I started going to this Starbucks last year when I got a job close by. On a few occasions I would stand at the counter by the register waiting for a Starbucks employee to greet me; unfortunately, they would take a few minutes to acknowledge I was even there. I knew they knew I was standing there. They didn't say I'll be right with you or anything. Today it was worse. 7 employees working and 2 were making drinks and 1 was working the drive through, 2 were eating ice cream and the other two were just walking around (they looked busy but I'm not sure if they we actually doing anything). I made eye contact with a few of them but no one said anything. It felt like 5 minutes but probably was only like 2. Then the employee eating ice cream finally said "sorry about that" and took my order. It just felt unprofessional and I felt like I was bothering their social time. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced something...

Another time I came in and got my usual iced Matcha latte with light ice. She didn’t ask me what size I wanted automatically gave me the vente. She should ask in case the customer forgets to mention it. And they gave me a full cup of ice in my drink despite me asking for light.
Please just get it correct. Especially since I have to walk in to support...
