Fantastic spot to hang out for some drinks

They have a number of good wines for sale, a sampling of equally good wines and beers to taste with a nice little living room type lounge area and outdoor patio to enjoy the drinks and company. I was very impressed with the beer selection and will certainly head back with that in mind, but my recent visit was for wine...

It was the great $3 Thurs that my wife and I visited and sampled a Rhone and Nero d'Avola. My Nero wasn't on the $3 list but the surprisingly good Rhone was thankfully. We probably wouldn't have tried it otherwise but am glad to have given it a shot. That's what's great about the $3 night, you can try a small selection of wines that you normally may not give the time of day and possibly end up a fan of something new.

Also, in addition to the great deal on Thurs, the bottles for sale have reasonable prices. I made a small personal victory in finding a bottle that I tried and loved at a restaurant which not finding anywhere else, was for sale here at 4th Street Vine! I'm definitely going back to try more $3 tastings and see if I can grab some more...

This is a great little wine and beer bar. The cooler has a great assortment of craft beer in cans and bottles, and they have a good selection of wine. Unfortunately on the night I went the beer tap system was down so I wasn't able to choose from anything they might carry on tap. My friends told me it's usually good stuff. There was some live music, which I think sounded good but the acoustics of the small room aren't conducive to amplified instruments and drums and such. Plus it made it impossible to visit with friends. But I don't think the broken beer tap or music too loud would have affected my rating. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'd love to return soon, but I wouldn't give it the best night of my life rating. It's a CLEAN alternative to the 4th street dives due west...

This is a completely other dimensional! You must step inside, embody all the flavors, smells, sounds and flavorful ambiance of this space. First impressions, are yet to be discovered, as you travel from one dimension to another, with the sounds, however fruitful and galactic with the live music....then you step into the artistic realm of mind, soul, and imagination; as your guided to the patio... where all the flavors and conversations come into your being. I'm so grateful and honored that I came upon you all, in all your many colors, in all your sounds, frequency, judgements, and essence....because...afterall this is the true VINE of life. Gratitude for all of you, in all you are, in all your essence. It's your BIRTHDAY, EVERY DAY AT THE VINE....
