The staff is hesitate because of the different individuals of Nationalities. They can be acquainted by Human Resource service to let them have awareness and knowledge of America đşđ¸ and know that not everyone is America. I get assistance with my medical mobility scooter. I am America đşđ¸ Citizenship but not unknowledgable of the number of Countries and types of individuals for example: brown complexion is not Black America. Black America is not African but is only United States of America. White complexion is of different types and is not White America only Indian. Indian is Indian not India. India is India and not Indian individuals. There is alot of Countries with brown complexion individuals mainly because they are outside in the heat but in this Country alot of those say Black as the identity when they are not and I don't allow those to say a wrong identity. I am not Black nor African but also a brown complexion from being outside without housing. I am America Indian not native American (foreign) to United States of America as most say wrong. Native American means a individual from a foreign place returning over years not a Indian home place. Know the Geography of the Globe and people identity. Never mistaken a identity. United States of America do not allow false identity speaking nor writing. The food of Wendy's taste ok but will taste better if was served a hotter temperature. Theyâve remodeled the restaurant so itâs nice and clean and pretty and all but they still have no clue to what theyâre doing.
They canât tell time or they choose to ignore their operating hours. The sign on the door says the dining room is open until 9pm but in reality, they locked it at 8pm or whenever they feel like it.
Save yourself⌠itâs too late for me but you have a choice to go somewhere else.

I do highly recommend that each customer thoroughly check their order to make sure itâs correct.
Also (to the General Manager) if youâre so short staffed that you can only have the drive through is available, then donât take orders via the app.
On the app, I ordered 3 of the same salads and a kids meal. When I arrived, the line of cars was two cars deep out on Bellflower Blvd. After waiting to get through the line and as I was pulling onto Stearns, I see that they forgot the kids Frosty. Great. Back to the line and wait again for the Frosty.
Maybe itâs my fault for not double checking absolutely everything that I ordered because when I got home, I find that they had also forgotten the salad dressing.

I sat in my car for 10 minutes and tried to hail the order personnel. At 1:05 a.m. they turn the lights off. I drove to the reception window. At that time, their entire staff were standing at the exit door. I indicated that I wanted to order and they told me they were closed and I should have checkef the open and closed data on the door. I indicated that I had sat there for 10 minutes and wanted to order. They told me, once again, that I needed to realize that they were closed. I responded that closing time was prior to my entrance to the drive-thru. Once again, they told me I needed to realize they were closed. Being in food and beverage customer service for the past 40 years, I cannot believe they can be completely closed at that time. can they close the entire restaurant at the time of closing. And, that the entire staff would be leaving at the time of closing. They were completely rude and decided that I did not deserve service. This is completely unbelievable and should not be representative of Wendy's as a corporation and what they should be representinv as proper...
