Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Long Beach

Worst customer service! After waiting for over five minutes and workers seeing someone was at the walk-up window. "Sara" one of the cashiers said they weren't taking any walk-up orders only Uber Eats, Doordash, etc. Unfortunately, no signage anywhere said that. I told her that if they had put up a sign advising customers that I wouldn't have wasted my time ordering at the walk-up window. She proceeds to walk away and never returned. They left me standing there for another five minutes and I proceeded to ask for the manager. Manager "Johnny" came to the window and I told him what had happened and by this time I was pretty upset at the poor customer service and I asked for the name of their supervisor and corporate number which he told be to look it up online. This place has very poor customer service and poor management skills when dealing with customers. I won't be returning to this Wienerschnitzel ever again and will share my experience with...

This one REALLY saddens me because I love Wienerschnitzel however this specific location is HORRIBLE!!!! The staff is lazy and ignore you while they just stand around and talk to each other and play on their phones even though the drive-thru was backed up and the walk-up counter had multiple people waiting to order as well as door dashers waiting for their pick-ups smh. Every other location Ive been to was professional and prompt but I wouldve given this location 0 Stars if I could. After waiting for a little over an hour for a shake and one luau dog this is what they gave me..... Where's the onion? Where's the bacon? Is that supposed to be pineapple??? Look up what its supposed to look like and tell me... Would you have lost your appetite like I did? I couldn't even talk myself into consuming...
