I had this place twice now and can say both times their sushi and sashimi were great quality. They were well prepared with a clean appearance. As we got takeout, we got some nicely wrapped utensils and all the condiments we needed.

I got the assorted chefs sushi box with 9 pieces of sashimi and additionally some seared salmon nigiri. Literally every piece was fresh. I enjoyed every single piece and HAD to tell my boyfriend how good it was. The eel wasn’t too fishy and had a great charred taste. The crab meat was juicy and delicious. There was a big piece of tamago and the flavor was well balanced with a sweet and slightly umami taste. When I finally got to the seared salmon I was amazed at the depth of flavor and the amazing texture of the salmon slightly cooked on the outside.

Popped in for some rolls to go and was pleasantly surprised to see they also offered chicken and gyoza. The menu is actually quite large with a lot of options for bowls, sashimi or rolls. I ended up getting gyoza and hand rolls. The rolls were delicious and they were made with soy paper instead of seaweed which kept better as takeout but seaweed was available as an option. Ill definitely be eating here weekly. Service was good and food was ready quickly....

The sign’s been up for a bit at this spot so I’m glad they finally opened their doors! They only offer takeout/delivery, so plan accordingly. We went in as walk-in for takeout and was satisfied with the fast service, but will place an online order next time.
