I had the chance to try this new restaurant and overall, the food was very good. The tri-tip was a little tough and unfortunately, I did find a hair on my plate. However, what could have been a negative experience turned into a great example of excellent customer service.

Glenn, our server, handled the situation incredibly well. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. The team quickly removed the tri-tip from our bill and even sent us home with complimentary desserts, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

All of the staff were warm and welcoming, from the moment we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with friendly smiles. With this level of service, I have no doubt this restaurant will do really well.

Dining in was nice, but the brightness of the place was extreme. I was blinded by the sparkling cleanliness and highly polished surfaces of this obviously new dining room. Had the Tuscan last week at home and it was astounding. I was delighted and reviewed that meal. This time I had the same tri-tip platter and my high expectations were not met. The tri-tip was too chewey-tough. I pointed this out to staff and they rushed a big serving of chicken to our table. No questions, just brought my request post haste. Had such a great experience at Bushfire Kitchen! The house white sangria was light, sweet, and super refreshing. The salmon plate was perfectly cooked — tender and flavorful without being dry. The En Fuego burger stood out with its sweet-and-spicy bacon combo, such a fun twist! The BBQ chicken plate was another solid choice, especially with the mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts that complemented it perfectly.

My favorite of the night was the Gaucho steak sandwich — that chimichurri sauce was seriously addicting! And to top it all off, the cookie was warm, gooey, and had the perfect balance of sweetness.

Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of comfort food and fresh flavors in a laid-back setting. Bushfire Kitchen definitely hits...
