FaNagle the Bagel — Restaurant in Long Branch

I Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches on a toasted bagel with mayo bacon and onion. Opened up sandwich and it was ‘turkey bacon’ with onion and mayo. I called them and said there was no turkey on the sandwich. They said I ordered a turkey-bacon sandwich. What? Who orders just turkey-bacon on a bagel?? I asked for them to please remake it and I would be back. They then wanted to charge me the difference after having driven 20 min back to return it. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough $$ bc it’s cash only and I didn’t have a debit card so I was $2 short. So I could only take the 1 sandwich. You would think that he would have said just take it for the inconvenience, but no. So needless to say he lost a frequent customer and I will be sure to pass...

Terrible service, way overpriced and they will screw up your order and then argue with you about it. Will never, ever go back and neither should you. Manager’s response to my complaint that I ordered an omelette woth tomato, avocado and mozzarella was, “we don’t have avacado”. News flash, if they fella who took the order told me that i wouldn’t have expected to receive it. But doesn’t matter because we received a PLAIN omelette. When I asked if that made sense, manager’s reply was “I didn’t take the order.” Wow. Horrible customer service. I hope that place goes out of business soon so a real bagel shop can take it over. I ordered a turkey, bacon and cheese, extra turkey bacon on my sandwich. I literally have three pieces of turkey bacon cut in Half and sold as extra. I asked what type of turkey bacon was sold and I was shown the package from a distance instead of answering my question and the person cooking my food showed no customer service whatsoever.
