Seven presidents beach — Attraction in Long Branch

Used to love going to Seven Presidents when I wanted a relaxing day at the beach. Have to say I was extremely disappointed this past weekend (Aug 9, 2025) by the amount of trash on the beach and in the water. 😒 I picked up piles of it. On a more positive note, kudos to the lifeguards that were there. While young, they were extremely attentive, even clearing out an area in the middle of the swimming zone at one point because they noticed a rip current forming. Now if only people would pay attention and follow instructions so the rest of us don't have to listen to the lifeguards constantly blowing...

Excellent experience. The entire staff was so helpful & friendly. My family & I would like to shout out the hospitality staff for helping to assist our 80 year old parents with the beach wheelchairs. We would especially like to recognize the lifeguard Aidan who unselfishly gave us assistance in helping my father who suffers with Parkinson to the water. Aidan pushed my father in the wheelchair to a spot where we assisted him in standing and getting his legs wet. Then he pushed my father back, we were so grateful for his assistance. This was a cool find didn’t expect the beach to be pretty close from parking the sand wasn’t bad and the water was clear and clean only issue would be the fact if you can swim they had signs printed all around to beware of rip tides which where pretty strong I would recommend knowing how to swim and most certainly keeping an eye on the little ones as the water is pretty tempting and things could go wrong if they end up in water unsupervised.
