Ocean Soul Coffee — Restaurant in Long Branch

LONG BRANCH: OceanSoul Coffee is a brand-new coffee shop in a convenient part of town—and the best part? Leashed and friendly dogs are welcome inside! We are so glad owner Jen invited us to check out the space. It is fun, welcoming, and dog-friendly—a combo we absolutely love.

Ocean Soul Coffee is located inside the iconic Max’s Bar & Grill (yes, the famous hot dog spot!). There is a convenient parking lot out front and street parking, and you can enter the coffee shop through the side door on Matilda Terrace.

The menu has classic regular coffee and their signature cold brew, matcha, tea, and fizzies (flavored seltzer drinks). And they have pup cups—just a swirl of whipped cream in a paper cup, perfect for your four-legged companion. Dog treats coming soon...

Order at the counter and enjoy your drink at one of the indoor tables, outside patio on a nice day, or take it to-go for a walk along the beachside sidewalk just a block away. It is the perfect stop to grab a quick coffee on your way to work or to stay awhile and catch up on emails.

This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop. Everything on the menu is incredible. I’ve tried so many different drinks here, and not once have I been disappointed. Whether it’s a matcha drink, coconut water hydrator, an iced cold brew special or one of Jen’s signature creations, every cup is thoughtfully made and absolutely delicious. There’s an item on the menu for every taste and preference, from skinny drinks to collagen protein add-ins, kid friendly ice pops, and more.

You can tell that a lot of love goes into every detail — from the coffee itself to the welcoming vibe and friendly service. It’s the kind of place that instantly becomes a local favorite, and once you try it, you’ll keep coming back.
