From the moment we stepped into this beautiful Mexican restaurant, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, grace, and hospitality that’s become far too rare in the dining world today. We were a party of seven a lively group yet we were welcomed as if we were family coming home.
I ordered the lobster ravioli, and to call it delicious would be an understatement. Each bite was a symphony of flavor the delicate sweetness of lobster folded into perfectly tender pasta, bathed in a rich and creamy sauce that lingered just long enough on the palate to feel like a small celebration.
What truly set the evening apart, however, was the care and presence of the owners. The owner himself, along with his stunning and gracious wife, visited our table more than once not out of obligation, but out of genuine care. They made sure everything was to our liking, asked about our experience, and took the time to share a few kind words. Their hospitality was effortless yet unforgettable the kind that leaves you feeling not just well-fed, but truly seen.
The ambiance was alive with laughter, flavor, and community. The service was attentive, sincere, and paced just right. Every dish that arrived at our table was crafted with love, and every interaction felt like it mattered.
In a world of hurried meals and fleeting service, this restaurant is a rare gem a place where time slows, flavors bloom, and people care. It has easily become my new favorite spot, and I can’t wait to return...
Read moreI am a foodie, I'm also a very good cook. The food has to be exceptional for me to give a restaurant 5 stars, and saying that, I'd give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Longmont. Unbelievably complex flavors crafted by Chef Victor served by our knowledgeable and friendly waitress Fernanda in a setting of European ambiance. We started with a variety of empanadas wrapped in the most delicious and delicate dough I've ever had and served with an intriguingly different chimichurri sauce highlighted with Aji peppers. My companion got the chicken and ground beef enchiladas made in the Suizas fashion. They were superb, the chicken silky and moist and the ground beef with potatoes and carrots robed in a poblano, tomatillo and cream sauce and topped with Swiss cheese and expertly seasoned. I had the Trompo de Puerco (pork cooked in the Pastor style), and Rajas con Elote and queso tacos (unbelievably yummy poblano strips, corn and cheese). I can't explain how good everything was, with new, complex and sophisticated flavors that I've never tasted before. I can't recommend this new restaurant...
Read moreLoved the food at this family-owned restaurant, newly opened in Longmont. The menu is incredibly varied, with food from Equador to Argentina, along with some Mexican favorites such as Al Pastor, enchiladas and tacos. The ceviche was authentic and top-notch, which is saying something, because I am very picky about my ceviche and am usually disappointed. The chicken arepas were flavorful and clearly made to order, as was our appetizer of a variety of empanadas. Everything is fresh, quality, tasty. We didn't get drinks but the ones I saw at other tables looked great. The service was incredibly accommodating and friendly--you can tell they care deeply about their food. My only warning: Because this is a small family owned restaurant and food is cooked to order, service is NOT fast. If you are looking to eat quickly and get out, please keep this in mind. The place was fairly busy on an early Friday night and it definitely took a while to get our food, so order drinks and appetizers, chat with your dining companion and relax. Everyone in there looked like they were having a fantastic time....
