This is not only the worst restaurant I've ever been to but it is the worst business by far I've ever worked with in my 49 years of living. I keep going back because the food is actually pretty good if the cook is good meaning they don't over salt it. The problem is my order is wrong literally over 80% or I'd say realistically 90% of the time. We visited there last week and order two kids cheeseburgers got home with them and neither Burger had meat on it they both were buns and cheese only. We visited today and we're not given the correct order. When I called back and was very polite to the general manager Shawna she was more focused on how I was talking to her then correcting the problem when I was not rude to her whatsoever. I even talk to my girls who were there when I placed the call and they felt it was strange that she thought I was being rude to her. This restaurant is filled with a bunch of entitled little children who have no idea how to run a business or treat customers. they mess up your order and then tell you that you're in the wrong which is so typical of this generation. The Two occurrences I just mentioned of my order being wrong with them are only a fraction of the times I've experienced my order being wrong with them. They usually, like I said 80% or 90% of the time I go there my order is wrong. I have been there at least 30 times. It's one thing to get an order wrong. It's another to try and place blame on the customer or shift blame when the establishment is clearly wrong. It's funny, when I told my girls we were getting Chuberger they commented on how they forgot to put BURGERS in our BURGERS last time. I said, "everyone deserves a pass sometimes." Well they have had there last pass with me. I got one in a long series of incorrectly prepared orders and called in to report it with my 6 and 10 year old girls present. OBVIOUSLY I was speaking politely in front of my girls. And Shanna (The General Manager) was FAR more focused on accusing me of being rude. FAR more. This is The last time I will ever eat there again and I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to go there. Horrible restaurant! Horrible staff! Horrible Managers! Horrible!!!!! Additionally, half of the time I and my girls eat the fries they taste like BATTERY ACID. I'm guessing it's because they cook the fries in the same oil that they cook the hot peppers in. It's awful. Their fries when done properly are actually very very good. Unfortunately half the time you get them the back of your throat feels like you just drank 409. I also unfortunately have to report that the general manager Shawna used my personal information that I gave her when I called in with the initial complaint to search me out and try to friend me on Facebook. I consider this a wildly inappropriate and threatening gesture from this establishment. Unbelievably bad service and wildly inappropriate behavior from the top management staff down to the worker bee. UNBELIEVABLE! Update: Emailed upper management exposing my personal information to them and got zero reply. Third response. I did email you. You never responded to me. I'm going to post a copy of my email to you on this review and my next one and then let's see if you respond. Update, emailed again at their request, got a delivery confirmation on my email as being received. Still have yet to hear from them. Notice that nowhere in their response do they say "we are sorry for your experiences." As I stated in my original review THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH WRONGFULLY BASHING A CUSTOMER WHO HAS RECEIVED ULTRA-POOR SERVICE THAN ADDRESSING THEIR WRONGS. Like I said, a bunch of entitled...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked into Chuburger we knew we were going to have a great experience. The girls on the front counter greeted us With big, genuine smiles. We were not familiar with the menu as this was our very 1st visit and they were patient with us and explained things to us so we got exactly what we wanted. The air conditioning in their works very well. So many times we go out for lunch and there is only mediocre air conditioning. We got to meet the manager I believe her name is Sandra. S I'm not remembering it correctly please respond to my review with the correct name or spelling and I will certainly edit it. She was great. It all came crystal clear as to why this restaurant bar runs like a well oiled machine. She is clearly capable and Knows how to train her staff. Everybody here is so friendly and happy it's almost odd. I explain that to the manager and her girls at the front end before we left. In Denver or Littleton or angle would except era you would never ever get that kind of treatment from front and staff or even wait staff. For example on Friday I picked up lunch for a friend of mine. She's pregnant and I never really know what she wants that day so I ordered a few different things a crispy chicken Burger and a bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate shake and a vanilla shake from a local burger joint. When I walked in there was an older lady wiping down tables and that was it there was nobody else visible. I have been in here several times and it's always a roll of the dice, but burgers are good. I walked up to the counter and she let me stand there for almost 4 minutes before she came up. Even then she didn't even walked directly toward me. She rinsed off her rag dried her hands put on some lotion and then walked over and asked me what I wanted. I said I called in order I'm here to pick it up. She found it and all this time these milkshakes are sitting there and I said well I would like fresh milk shakes please. Anyway was a complete nightmare or I ended up walking out and leaving the food that I had already paid for which was about $45. That's the kind of service we are accustomed to here in the bigger cities. My husband and I were talking when we sat down at Chuburger How strange it was that these girls were so nice to us. Then our food was brought over by another gal from behind the bar and she was equally as nice, complimenting me on my hair color and just being a real human being. Not the robots of Denver. As soon as R trees were on the table you can immediately see the freshness in the gorgeous bonds and also the fresh bright green lettuce that was on each burger. We were so eager to try this amazing looking food we dug right in. Wow… beef that actually tastes like beef 😯!!! A lot of times we get burgers here (Denver) that taste like liver or taste gamey. This was so good we could hardly believe it. We hardly said 3 words to each other the entire time it was all about the biting and chewing. The burgers are a very good size and are very filling we are glad we did not order any sides, As we have a big barbecue planned for dinner. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I wish I could steal them to come and work with me at my pool business!! 🤣 Bravo ladies and bravo...
Read moreVery disappointed at the service and overall operations of an Oskar Blues Eatery. Stopped by with a friend because I've gotten a coupon and we waited a full 10 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged our presence. In fact, I had to call the one of the cooks behind the counter to try to go get someone for us. It took another several minutes for the girl behind the counter to realize that I didn't want pickles or onions on my hamburger. We went several rounds before she got the order right. When I went to get an unsweetened iced tea the container was empty and there was no spout on the dispenser. When I asked the bartender if they were bringing more tea out she told me that the nozzle was broken the day before and that they couldn't fix it. The fries were really overdone and not very good. Very disappointing first and probably last time visit...
