I got food poisoning from here yesterday 1/5.2019. The pizza they sold me looked pretty dead. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting in that pizza heater thing for a day at least. It wasn't hot, it kind of warm. I was pressed for time and super hungry so i said WTH I'll eat it anyway and get on with my day. About 2-3 hrs later i started getting stomach cramps, i felt like i got kicked in the stomach with a Jean Claude Van Dam reverse roundhouse. As the evening went on i got severe chills and vomiting here it is a day later 1/6/2019 and I am still all jacked up, stomach/abdominal area still hurts BAD, and I still have the chills pretty bad. no more vomiting. Little Caesars wont answer the phone so i could talk to management about the situation and I am hardly in any condition to drive there right now. I just reported them to Boulder County Public Health. I will be making an appearance tomorrow or Tuesday to chew somebody out (when I am feeling better) Don't eat here unless you enjoy pain and vomiting. Also I did talk to my doctor about it and gave him the run down. Read moreWould give 0 stars... just moved here to Longmont recently and I have ordered pizza from this location twice now. both times the pizzas I order were incorrect, and were missing something out of the order. Both were such simple orders no modifiers or additions to any of the items. Personally coming from a chef myself if you can't handle a simple order and check it twice to make sure its correct and all there then you don't deserve to be in business. especially with the price of food now days its not cheap. And even bigger shame by not taking the proper approach to make it right. By not skimping on the refund or remaking it. And I get it mistakes happen but thats 2 out of 2 times my order was incorrect those are high odds that mistakes are more often then not. I will not be giving it a 3rd chance for another failure. I'll take my money and use it somewhere who actually takes pride in there work and product. By following whats ordered, taking the time to make sure entire order is correct and all there like the customer pays for. Read moreThis location has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered delivery and got a message that our order had been left at the front door. I went out as the driver was pulling in, but then watched him reverse and leave my driveway. He never even got out of his car. I got a notice that my pizza had been left at my front door. Oddly enough, in speaking with two different people, the driver gave two different stories. Because it was handed to a delivery driver, I found it was through DoorDash. I contacted them and they got in touch with this location to try to get a refund and they refused.
