This is the worst Panda Express that I've ever been to, out of the three states that I've lived in. We went through the drive-thru. The guy who helped us seemed to be struggling with taking our order, so another lady rudely took over for him, so we had to repeat our order to her, several times, before she finally understood what we wanted. She spoke little english, so she wasn't any more helpful than the initial guy who started taking our order. They were out of a couple of the side dishes that we wanted, and we didn't want to wait. We ordered two kids meals and a 3 entree plate. Half of our side dishes were unevenly proportioned. I had ordered the beef and broccoli for one of my sides, and I only received two small pieces of beef, and about four pieces of broccoli. Our son got little chicken with his mushroom chicken side. After we went through the drive-thru to get our food, our son have to go to the bathroom, so we took him inside. The lady at the counter didn't give him the correct code to the bathroom door, he says, so I got out of the car to go see what was going on. They could see him walking back and forth, trying to figure out how to get into the bathroom, but they didn't offer to assist him. I came in and asked for the code, and the lady working there was rude in giving it to me.

Read moreIf I could give this ZERO stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!! My gf and I went to get food after both working 12 hour shifts, and decided to get Panda. We ordered our food, paid, when we got the bag everything was crammed into one tiny bag, then they tried to shut the window without asking if I wanted any sauce. I then politely asked for soy sauce and spicy mustard. I was handed a small hand full of chili sauce. Whatever not a big deal, kind of annoying, but fine. I had to park, go inside, then get the sauce I wanted, WITH NO HELP. We then drive home. We did not receive almost half of our order, along with no sauce on my chicken. So we had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK and waste our time and money, for what? Oh they offered to REMAKE OUR FOOD OR GIVE US A REFUND!!! That was the offer from the MANAGER! I am a general manager myself of a retail establishment, and I can tell you this is NOT how customers should be treated and if they were MY employees this first of all would've never happened, but if it did would've been taken care of accordingly with a refund and a free meal. She replied by telling me "restrooms are closed too" almost like she really didn't want us to be there. Carmen then turned and walked away.We sat there for atleast 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us again. Ashton began taking our order when the gentleman my mother cares for bolted for the bathroom. He is developmentally disabled and did not understand that the restrooms were closed. My mother went to retrieve him while Carmen said in the most sarcastically rude way she could "that the RESTROOMS are closed!" I turned to her and said he had disabilities and didn't know better to which Ashton said "okay well theyre closed" like for real duh ashton bud we know. Carmen didnt even feel it necessary to apologize for her mistreatment of someone with disabilities....
