The Juicy Seafood — Restaurant in Longmont

Update: Well after several time I went back this weekend and  let's just say the experience wasn't as enjoyable as prior occasions.

From the get go as being guideded to a table there's a waiter bringing food with no care of where he's walking towards with a get out of my way attitude not caring or being courteous enough to atvleas state coming through, excuse me , pardon me nothing.

I get sit down and my waitress which did an excellent job on previous occasion seems quite impersonal and not as courteous or friendly as previous occasion. I request a coke product as may be usual for most and states we don't have coke with a long pause... oh okay...are you going state you carry Pepsi products and if that is fine but right of the bat seemed like an awkward snarly attitude on on this occasion.

Tbh previous little hiccups I attributed to the staff being young and the business recently opening but seems the service has gotten worse on top of it the staff being composed mostly of teenagers there was a tenseness in the air and  whispers that dont seem to professional or inviting for future visits. Regardless of age staff should keep the drama out of the workplace and strive to provide an enjoyable experience.

I mean 1 staff was rubbing his belly. My waitress was trying to keep the rice from falling with her hands. Despite her passing many times never offered a refill. When bringing the utensils she was about to place and had to go Into the kitchen and come back before doing so.

The rice didn't seem as fresh as usual. The portions also somehow seemed smaller specially on the shrimp while it may of had more black mussels than usual.

I ordered a lobster roll out of curiosity and it was overcooked and bland. I only took a bite and then ate the rest of half the portion with the sauce of my juicy Combo and only then did it have any flavor at all.

The males working here don't think have the best personality to handle their tasks, perhaps they're better suited to clean table instead of having a woman doing so.

The lady hosts are usually friendly amd even greeted me on way out which is excellent on their part.

Think most of the.m front staff could use some training and being and carrying themselves in a more professional manner for the benefit of the business.

The lobster roll I wouldn't recommend for the price unless you order another combo you can dip your lobster in. They brought ketchup for the fries but no butter and the all tasted pretty plain perhaps that's what was missing. I didn't perceive much flavor from the dressing on the roll. I would order another juicy Combo instead for the price and quality I experienced unless they added some flavor or butter at minimum .

Original review: Family and I have tried the Juicy seafood a couple times and it's amazing. The prices are good amd you have the option to customize your order based on your budget or preferences. I like the fact they also have some combo options which was my first experience on first visit ordered #3 pick 3 combo which i ordered hot with everything seasoning amd was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Even though I like spicy think hot or mild is best to be able to enjoy the various flavors.

Family meals were mild and everyone enjoyed it.i like the fact they a great variety of options from builded to fried , kid options and even pastas.

Ok I have to review this place! From the minute my family walked in the door and were treated so nice by an awesome host (I'm sorry I forgot your name!). Then we were seated and our server Maria (OMG one of the best servers I've ever had in my life) came over, we knew it was going to be an awesome way to celebrate our 15th Anniversary.

Maria took the time to go over all the menu options, seasoning and spice levels with us. She was prompt with drinks and our appetizer. We had questions about ordering as we wanted the combo that served 5. She explained if we want to sub something out, we'd pay the difference. We added the scallops, dropped the crawfish and head on shrimp.

The food came out so so favorable, so fresh and most of all delicious! Maria checked on us at a perfect time interval. When we couldn't figure we could eat another bite, she packed it up all nice and we took a lot home. Maria was great about taking photos and having a great time.

Thus was by far one of the best places I have eaten in Longmont, some of the best service in town, and some of the freshest seafood I've had in Colorado.

At first I thought the price point may have been a little high but the quality and quantity of the food proved otherwise. An awesome place, if your lucky enough to do here and have Maria as your server, you are in for an awesome time. 5 thumbs up to Juicy Seafood. We...

My friend and I waited about 1 hour and a half last night to dine here. The place was really busy, but we didn’t mind the wait because I thought this place would have been like the other location in Aurora. When we finally got seated, we were seated in the front where the door was constantly opened. The cold air really hit us each time the door was open. We were given the menu and was told that they did not offer the combos at this location. Why do you put that on the menu then? I also asked if the crawfish was frozen or fresh? They only had frozen and couldn’t get any fresh ones. Which doesn’t make any sense, but ok…. Other places have fresh crawfish’s. We should have left then, but wanted to give this location a chance. My steamed rice came first before my main seafood boil which was pretty disappointing as the rice got really cold. We also ordered the live Dungeness crabs, but was given the frozen ones instead. It did not taste fresh at all! We spent over $200 for your unethical business. We will not be back!

** There wasn’t any confusion about the combo menu with my friend and I. Perhaps, you need to train your staffs because the male waiter who had helped us told us that your location (Longmont) does not offer...
