I normally never post poor reviews however, tonight was really one of the worst experiences me and my partner have ever had in an establishment. I'm hoping the managers will take this information and help improve their staff and steps of service...
We walked in and there was no one at the host stand. I figured they were off helping the lady and two kids that were waiting before us. At least four minutes later, after the staff standing in the corner looked at us at least three times, the host came out from the kitchen and greeted the first lady waiting. By this time there was at least ten people to be sat.
We got sat by a server who said nothing and walked away. We waited and waited and then the bartender finally came over, after getting done talking in the corner again. At this time he had four tables waiting to order and took ever tables order at the same time. As I'm sure you guessed, our drinks took another ten minutes and then half way through our burgers, after our app was already gone, we got our shake. Meanwhile, another four tables were sat, and same process was done.
We didn't see our server again. Well, we saw him but not at our table... We never got offered more fries and our food was cold. We assumed it just sat waiting for our server to get it and then never did so someone else finally brought it to us. For a $50 tab we we're shocked at all of this. We still left 20% cause let's get real, people need to live.
Oh well! Can't win them all and probably will never be back. We been to other locations and loved it but this Longmont location really...
Read moreWe were served cold food, not once, but twice. He dropped the food off and started closing work. It took us 20 minutes to even get his attention. We had the "red smart menu" light on and everything. The waiter then went into the kitchen and was talking about our table loud enough that we could hear it. He sent the manager and the manager was confrontational and accused us of eating the food we sent back. He could have very easily apologized and asked us how he could remedy the situation, but instead he was defensive. We had not eaten the burger, just one bite to see that it was under cooked, cold and blood had soaked the bun to make it soggy.
The area we were seated in the dining room had a clear view to the kitchen. There was water, trash and food on the floor. I was trying to take a picture and the manager told me to leave. I took a picture of that area because it was so filthy. I am worried that the food I did get to eat is unsanitary.
To make a long story short, we paid 123$ for a meal that we didn't even eat. We were given second priority to getting side work done and closing. If the waiter had been attentive in the first place, the manager wouldn't have even needed to come talk to us. He could have just apologized instead of talking crap about us in the kitchen. The manager could have just apologized, but he took a stance immediately that he wanted to argue. He could have simply fixed the cold fries and cold burger by apologizing.

Read moreThe hostess was very friendly . We asked for a table for two. It was a Wednesday evening and the place was dead. Only a few other diners.
The waitress took our drink order. I had ordered a frozen strawberry margarita, it came in a drink glass, not a margarita glass, and no salt. I thought okay that’s no big deal. She took our food order and got it correct.
Food was good and so hot, I had to wait a bit before I could eat. Which is the way I like my food.
The waitress flies by a couple of times, not pausing long enough for me to say, I need a box. Then she seemed to disappear. I finally waved my menu in the air trying to get someone’s attention. I know I looked like a loon but I was tired and ready to go.
The manager came over to help. I decided that I wanted a second different margarita and the donut holes.
The second margarita was the Ocean Blue. Tasted fine as did the frozen margarita but I’m not sure how much alcohol was in them. When I have an alcoholic drink, my cheeks get red. My cheeks never got red and I felt like I had been drinking fruit juices.
The food was good 4/5. The drinks were juice 1/5. Cost was 4/5. $$$ The service was 3/5. Place was fine 4/5. Bathroom was clean 4/5.
We went there so I could get a margarita. Main reason we were there.
