My husband and I went here for lunch. Our total meal time was around 45 minutes. We ordered an appetizer, two milk teas, and two regular-sized pho soups. The space is nice and open, with high ceilings and lots of space between tables. I liked that the menu's were smaller than the ones at the Boulder location (less overwhelming). Our food and teas were very tasty. It seems like management is also using the feedback the reviews are giving them. We got our water and utensils immediately. Staff was friendly and attentive. At the end of our meal, my husband went up to the counter and asked for a to-go container and the check, and was able to get both immediately. Just as an FYI: the pho comes with cilantro/coriander leaves/Chinese parsley. We'll definitely be back for the pho, the milk tea, and the bánh mì!

This is wonderful to have a pho place in Longmont. I ordered Pho with rare steak, Brisket, tendon and tripe. The meat is great and the flavor of the broth is very nice, if the temperature is higher that will be great to heat the bean sprout and basil! Oh, the lemonade is great, but it’s little bit too sweet. I can hardly taste the lovely sour flavor. I will specify the sweetness in my next order (and the temp for the broth). 5/13 Update: I came here for lunch and ordered same Pho but regular size. I asked for hot broth and 50% sweetness for the lemonade. I am 100% satisfied this time. I am adding pictures from today, can you see those different? Haha, I don’t!

We got a boba tea, steak pho, and pork Bahn mi. I recommend the Pho and Boba Tea. I do not recommend the Bahn mi. The boba tea was Amazing. You could specify the percentage of sugar you wanted and we picked a little less, 50%, than the average (70%). The steak pho was really good. We got a large, took home the extra, and the broth tasted better the next day. The Bahn mi was a little disappointing. The sandwich was mostly dry meat, with very little toppings or sauce as you can see in the picture. They did give you packets of sauce, but it didn’t help with the dryness much. But was pretty cheap at $6.

Still waiting on a refund that was promised to me 7 days ago!!!!!!

This place has the potential to be fantastic if they can improve their customer service experience.

The 1st time here, I ordered a boba tea & a pho. The boba is by far the best one I've tried in Longmont so far (I've been to 3 places). The pho is good too. I wouldn't say the best I've EVER had but it's fresh and tastes good. The service was slow & we didn't have all the utensils we needed & kept having to get up, find the waiter, & ask for things.

Boba was so good that I wanted to get some for my son as a treat for his first week of school. I ordered for pickup on the app WAY ahead of time. I ordered 30mins before going there bc I'm at work and in a time crunch to clock back in. I drive there & the guy hasn't even started making it. I was upset. My son was also disappointed which makes it worse bc that was my treat for him. I didn't have time to wait, that's why I ordered ahead, so I asked that I be refunded. I was told it would take 4 business days to receive the refund. It's been 7 days and I haven't received any refund. With my experience with the service here, I am assuming that the refund was never even put through.

I'm highly disappointed. Its such a shame. Such a wonderful flavor but I'm second-guessing whether to come back because of the lack of service so we can't rely on them to have...

When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted immediately. I was waiting for someone, but was given my choice of seat right away. Although my dining companion was much later than anticipated, I was not ignored while waiting, nor was I made to feel as if I was an inconvenience by taking up a table without ordering. The waiter stopped by my table to ask if I wanted an appetizer, to refill my water, and to ask if I was still waiting for someone or wanted to go ahead and order. I have had Pho at several places in this area, but this was by far the best I've ever had. The broth was so very flavorful and rich tasting. It was noticeably different in the over all taste, without anything standing out to give a clue as to why it was more flavorful. All the add-in ingredients were super fresh and vibrant in color and taste. The rare steak and brisket were tasty and tender, sliced so thin that I could see it changing from rare to fully cooked right at the table. The only concern for me was the price, which was more expensive than I expected; on the other hand, I haven't been out for Pho since pre-COVID days so I can't really make a current comparison on cost. I do know that I can definitely save some money next time by ordering the small bowl, as I am certain it would be MORE than enough given how much I had left of the large bowl. I will definitely be dining...
