Completely disappointed with this location. Not once have I had ANY problems with this Qdoba I actually preferred driving down from Firestone because the one in Firestone NEVER made our order correct and quality wasn't the same. When I left home and ate my food there was a hair not only in 1 burrito but 2. When my son's dad called to complain the assistant manager at the time who was a younger girl told him that he could go in and get cards for free burritos. We explained that we where not driving all the way back to Longmont for a burrito because of their mistake. So she said she would write his name down. The next 3 days myself and my 5year old drove down to get the food. Well the guy that we later found out was a manager was VERY rude and disrespectful. To be honest I thought he was a new hire. But no the supposed manager told me that I probably went to the wrong location................ okay...... I guess I don't know what restaurant I get my food at.. and I described the manager that we had spoken to. He walked to the back acting like he was trying to help I guess.. he walked back to me and told me that there was nothing there with our name. I told him to call the manager that was there at the time as I tried to describe her he interrupted me and told me that a minute ago I said it was a man.. this guy doesn't listen just an fyi. So I left. My son's dad called and I guess spoke to the GM. He said he would call back once he found out.. he didn't. We went in the day after and spoke to the Manager Angie. Let me just say that this lady heard us out even though the restaurant was busy.. she helped us out no questions asked and apologized for everything. The jerk that was being unprofessional and rude the first time was there and all he did was laugh. I managed 2 restaurants to know what kind of behavior a supposed Manager should have. And let me tell you once you go in there and see this guy you will see why I'm saying this. Wish I would have written his name down. All I know is he's young and works in the mornings. Will not come back EVER. I am glad that they have one good Manager in there because the other 2 don't know what Managing a restaurant is like....
Read moreI ordered pick-up online, nachos and a burrito. I ordered both with extra steak and black beans and fajita veggies and the nachos with tortilla strips. When I arrive at the location, a couple minutes late from the time it said pick-up would be ready. I ended up waiting fifteen minutes because they were out of queso. And yet, the people in line were getting queso while several other people waited for pick-up and they had at least ten orders stuck to the wall waiting. After waiting, we finally get our food. Upon returning home I discovered that not only did I not get extra meat in either the burrito or the nachos, but in the nachos there were only two chunks of meat. Both had the wrong beans and the burrito had undercooked rice. Both were missing fajita veggies. We went just the day before and got a bowl with extra chicken, but did not receive it. I’m not usually one to complain, I’ve worked in the food industry and understand the struggle, but my entire order was totally wrong and I paid a decent amount of money, willing to splurge a little on some extra meat and whatnot. I’m extremely unhappy with the Clover Basin location. They always seem to be out of something or behind. I don’t think I’ve ever received a meal from them that was exactly what I ordered.

I was told that rewards would be added to my husband's Qdoba account since we had to toss $30 worth of food. So, I gave Qdoba the rewards number like requested. Once I gave Qdoba the rewards number they TOOK AWAY our free entree and our free chips & queso that we had earned through previous orders. I emailed them back several times after taking screen shots of the rewards that they took away & I have been completely ghosted & ignored by Qdoba. So, instead of making this right after YOU ALL asked me to reach out after messing up a first time, then YOU ALL take our earned rewards away and never gave us anything as promised. So now we are left with even less. This is just beyond ridiculous. You all took a bad situation and made it even worse. My husband just picked up lunch for us today and it was awful. We spent over $30 and both of our bowls were completely wrong from what we ordered. It was also completely cold and pretty much all rice.
