Delivery order was wrong. Called to get it corrected, Chris the manager refused unless I came in. I explained I'm high risk, hence the reason for ordering delivery, he again said they won't deliver the correct order. He said if I can't come in, all they could do is mail me a gift card, like that would actually help the current situation. So, I hung up, placed another order online and called back to let him know he can just refund my new order, I already paid for it once, and took care of scheduling the delivery that he somehow couldn't figure out how to do. After arguing back and forth, he said ok, he would refund the order. An hour later after waiting for my corrected order, I get a message from the app that my order was cancelled. I called back again to tell him after I was vaccinated and it was safe to do so, I would gladly come in for my order, that was literally it, well I added "goodnight, sweetheart", because, yeah, I'm mad now, and I'ma call you sweetheart, sweetheart. Awhile later, there's a police officer at my house to tell me if I do go to the restaurant I will be trespassing, because apparently saying I'll do exactly what Chris requested I do, is big scary for him. So, this is fraud, false reporting, and harassment now. I have 2 charges on my card, no food that I ordered, they refuse to refund, and I cannot go in for what I paid for without being charged with a crime. oh but they can send a gift card that I also can't use, because again, going in would be a crime. Stay away, this place doesn't give a sh!t about the safety of high risk members in the community and would rather I risk my life than correct their mistake or give me my...
Read more0 stars for the host, 5 stars for Donny! When we first arrived, we waited for the host for a couple of minutes even though it wasn’t even busy (got there around 530 pm on 11/18). When he finally came over, we asked for a booth (could see multiple were open and clean) but he acted like this was an inconvenience and said he had to coordinate with the waiters to get something cleaned but he could seat us at the bar right away. I should mention we could barely hear him as well. We didn’t want to sit at the bar so we just said we would wait. Ended up waiting 5 min, whatever, to get seated at a half booth half table 2 person spot. So while there were other booths and plenty of spots open, he made us wait and made us feel like an inconvenience because he wanted to sit us at a different table. Alright.
Luckily we got Donny as a server. We haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in literal years but had a gift card which is what brought us in. Given the reviews and first experience with the host, our expectations were set pretty low, but Donny turned that around. He was very kind and attentive, checking in numerous times on everything and kept our drinks full. He even recommended some chipotle barbecue dry rub on the tots which was a great suggestion. Unlike other reviews, our food was good quality— the boneless wings were large. Overall we really appreciate Donny making sure we had a...
Read moreThey sent my group of 3 home when there was no one in the building waiting claiming there was 80 people waiting after some football game. Well they can't possibly be on any waitlist if they're not currently present plus I'm sure they could've fit a table for only 3 people. I did not appreciate the way the manager approached me and she was very snarky about it. I get they probably make a lot of money off of this but NO ONE was there, the place was entirely empty so this gigantic party should not get preferential treatment over us. They do not care about their customers and should not bend their rules like this. There has never existed a waitlist for BWW, it has always been that you must physically be present in order to place your name on the list. Nearly every single table in the building was available at the time my group of three walked in and there was not a single person waiting. One of the workers even told us we could walk in and go to the bar which is where the manager approached us and called it a miscommunication and that we would have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. How can you accurately predict how long a wait is when the entire place is empty in the...
